When you love barbeque starters coming on to your table while you enjoy your hot cup of soup or your mocktail and once you are happily loaded, you turn to your buffet which has at least two curries in both veg and non veg, breads, pastas noodles biriyani and multiple options for salad..

One also loves the live counters of chats and cooked/fried delicacies that tickle the taste buds and end with cut fruitsice cream, and the sugar loaded desserts. (think of Gulab Jamun with ice cream, malpoa with rabdi, hot jalebis, or phirni, jellies, cake and pastries) Not to forget some groovy music playing in background, yet all the people are busy and chatting loud. Did you get your perfect lunch or dinner in your mind? This is the place you need to be in..

It's located in the busiest street of Koramangala, weekends and peak hours are packed with people and vehicles. Not to worry valet parking service is handy.. If one Wants to take a family, a small group (up to 20 pax) or large group (50+)..? Absolutely no worries.. Make sure to reserve ahead if you are planning large groups and or planning on a weekend. Food is typical for those who are regularly visiting these type of eateries.. but it's unique for those who are not regular for barbeques.. Taste is good and prices are reasonable.. Unfortunately Bar isn't available but they serve mocktails and non alcoholic beverages. Make yourself aware of the allergies for foods you have and inform them to keep reminding them of the food you are allergic to when served. Also Inform them if you have any special occasion you get to celebrate with a complimentary cake and song. :)

I had high expectations for Absolute Barbecue, but unfortunately, my visit left a lot to be desired. The experience was far from enjoyable, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts.

Service: The service was extremely slow and unresponsive. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. We had to wait long periods for our orders, and even longer for basic requests like refills or napkins. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't make any effort to apologize or address the delays.

Food: The food quality was subpar. The meats were either undercooked or overcooked, and lacked the flavors you'd expect from a barbecue joint. The seasoning was inconsistent, and the portions were smaller than what I anticipated given the price. The side dishes were bland and lacked freshness, making the overall meal quite disappointing.

Ambiance: The atmosphere was far from what I expected. The seating area was uncomfortable, and the restaurant appeared unclean. The tables were sticky, and the overall decor felt outdated and in need of maintenance. It didn’t make for a pleasant dining experience.

Value: Considering the price, I didn’t feel like I received good value for my money. The quality of the food and service did not match the high prices they charge. There are many other places that offer much better quality for the same or less.

Overall, my visit to Absolute Barbecue was a major letdown. I sincerely hope that they take this feedback seriously and work to improve both their food and service. Sadly, I won’t be returning...
