One of the worst Anand Bhavan - A2B I’ve been to. This Malleshwaram outlet had all the prime reasons why people stop re visiting them even if they are branded and in the end franchises ruin the main brand image. We were a Family of 5 with 2 kids and 1 infant visiting it around 4:00 PM, after denying to serve us in the 1st floor service hall we were asked to order in GF self service hall. Went to Cashier directly and asked if he has mini lunch? and instantly in a cold voice told not available, any rice items? Not available Poori? not Available when asked if I can refer to evening menu? Not available. I had enough and asked what is even available? Says dosa, idly and chats only or sweets and Smacks on display. We order 2 masala puri and 1 masala dosa, make payment and provide the KOT to both the sections, while chats come right away. At the food section the staff mentions that Mini meals, Bisibelebath, Pongal, Vada, Ada avial and many more are available, when we go back to counter to check, the staff in his 50s replied in a very unprofessional manner that it’s not for walk-in customers and only for online orders. Infact the food counter guys argued a bit and we gave up. Meanwhile, Dosa guys forgot that we had an order for 20 minutes and after reminding they start doing it. After Pav bhaji, juices and someone arguments while ordering these and with a 1000 bucks spent realised that the entire outlet represented the lousy nonsensical attitude in the service industry. Wasted 1.15 hours in having our so called lunch in a very negative mindset and unwelcoming setup. when online orders dry up, don’t see any future of this restaurant unless there are no veg restaurants around. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND NON RECOMMENDED

My experience at Adayar Anandha Bhavan Restaurant in Mallespuram was a mixed bag. While some dishes showed promise others fell short. The restaurant's inability to handle weekend crowds resulted in delayed orders and occasional rudeness from overwhelmed staff. The establishment offers self-service on the ground floor and table service on the first floor. However, the sole restroom on the first floor – shared by both men and women – was unclean and inadequate, detracting from the overall experience. I visited for lunch, opting for the mini lunch thali, which unfortunately was below average. The food was lukewarm, excessively spicy and lacking in flavor. The Hakka noodles while passable were marred by an overabundance of raw vegetables (capsicum, carrot, babycorn, and onions) that were undercooked. The Mushroom Chilli gravy was the sole redeeming dish. Key areas for improvement include staff management during peak hours, consistency in food quality, enhanced restroom facilities and balanced spice levels. With refinement, Adayar Anandha Bhavan could elevate the dining experience. Considering the pros and cons, I can give 3 stars. While not exceptional, the restaurant has potential. Tips for visitors: Visit during off-peak hours for a more pleasant experience. Recommendation: Refine staff training, food quality and amenities.

We dined at fine dining 1st floor. There was no fan or ac. The food we ordered came in room temperature and nothing was prepared fresh including the Onion Rava Dosa. Urad vada was sour and cold. Toilet was stinky. There wasn't even handwash. No wonder there wasn't anyone when we dined. I have had at many A2B restaurants before. This one deserves less than one star rating. On top, we were asked to tip which we felt ridiculous. I wouldn't suggest anyone to visit this restaurant esp if they prefer South Indian food. Like the way they advertise that they won't charge if they can't provide us a bill, they shouldn't charge us if the food is not upto to normal standards.

One of the worst A2B restaurants in whole of Bangalore Hosur Chennai and Pondicherry combined. Only a few items were available from the menu even when we had gone in during the serviceable hours and these items are available in other A2B chains The service was so pathetic and unprofessional. It took ages for the food to come. By the time the curry came in the Roti was over and by the time additional Rotis came in the curry was over. One waiter was blaming the other waiter for being new in the system and then he also was behaving unprofessionally. They kept hiding all the time when we were ordering food and then they came only when we had to walk over to the counter twice We had ordered curd rice - the quantity was similar to that of a small plate of phirni. When we pointed out that the quantity seems too low - immediately blaming started that this is a new waiter and then he asked to make amends. To our surprise they gave two full spoons (tea spoon size) of curd rice - I felt like barging out of the restaurant but hunger makes you patient (only in this case)

Please change your staff or their attitude or ask other A2B restaurants the quantity they are giving. You're definitely not living upto the standards. After this dismal service I don't feel like visiting...
