One of the worst restaurant in Bangalore, The owner is uneducated illiterate and unprofessional, have come straight from village to Bangalore city. If the owner doesn't know how to business he should stay be in village, it is not suitable for the owner to come to city to do uneducated, illiterate, Idiotic and unprofessional service. He has hired a brain less illiterate cook and manager who send Egg machurian and for the order made for Veg Gobi-65. Owner, cook and Manager of the restaurant should to back to school to learn the different between Vegetarian and non Vegetarian. They have send a non veg to us for a veg order of Gobi 65, they send egg dish. May be all there family members should take them back to school as soon as possible to know the difference between veg and non veg. Vegitarian please do not visit this restaurant or so not order food from here they will send all kind of non veg for a veg order. May be we also need to complain to food inspector as well. Such a ironic unprofessional restaurant in the whole country is Biryani Zone Shakarnagar. People "PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT" I WILL COMPAINT TO FOOD DEPARTMENT IN BANGALORE SOONER. UNEDUCATED PEOPLE ALL AROUND SERVICING IN RESTAURANT. GOOGLE SHOULD ALSO GIVE A ZERO STAR TO THIS RESTAURANT CALLED BRIYANI ZONE...

After hearing much about Biryani Zone in Bangalore, I finally decided to give it a try, and I must say, it did not disappoint. The aroma of the biryani greeted me the moment I stepped in, setting the stage for the meal to come.

The biryani itself was a delightful experience - perfectly cooked rice, well-marinated chicken that was tender and flavorful, and the spices were just right, not too overpowering but enough to bring out the rich flavors.

Service was commendable as well. The staff were attentive and polite, ensuring that our dining experience was smooth from start to finish. Despite the restaurant being busy, we didn't have to wait too long for our meal, which was a plus. Considering the quality of the food, the service, and the ambiance, I found the pricing to be quite reasonable. It's definitely a place I would visit again and recommend to anyone looking for authentic biryani in Bangalore.

Very Disappointing Experience at Biriyani Zest, Sahakara Nagar Branch!

I had dinner today (10th October 2025, around 8:19 PM) at Biriyani Zest – Sahakara Nagar branch, and it was a very disappointing experience. We ordered Chicken Masala, but they served old stock grilled chicken mixed in gravy. The same issue repeated with Chilly Chicken — it tasted stale and unpleasant. Even the Biriyani had no proper flavor or freshness.

I visit this branch quite often, but this time the food quality was completely unacceptable. When I questioned the waiter, they offered a 10% discount instead of taking responsibility. I refused the discount — I don’t want money off for bad food, I want good food and proper service.

They completely spoiled what should have been a nice dinner. I’m giving 0 rating and strongly urge the management of Biriyani Zest (Sahakara Nagar) to take strict action against such negligence and maintain proper...
