I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this café was beyond disappointing. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority here. The staff seemed completely disinterested, and no one even bothered to greet or guide us to a table. We waited for quite a while before someone finally came over—without a smile or a word of acknowledgment—and handed us the menu as if they were doing us a favor.

After placing our order, we waited over 1hr for the food to arrive, only to be served cold, undercooked dishes that looked and tasted nothing like what was described on the menu. When we politely raised concerns, the staff simply shrugged and offered no solution—no apology, no attempt to fix the issue, not even basic courtesy. It honestly felt like they couldn't care less whether we were satisfied or not.

What shocked me the most was how chaotic and careless the entire service was. Orders were being mixed up at other tables too. I overheard multiple customers complaining about delays and incorrect food. It felt like no one was managing the place. There was no sense of responsibility or professionalism.

As customers, we don't expect luxury at a small café, but we do expect basic respect, decent food, and a willingness to care. Unfortunately, none of that was present here. It’s sad because the place has potential, but poor management and complete neglect of service are ruining it.

Would I recommend this place? Absolutely not. There are plenty of better cafés around that at least treat their customers with respect. Avoid this one unless you want to leave hungry...

Amazing place located on the main road of Indiranagar, great ambiance and has a comfort feel as soon as you enter, the place wears a very Western attire, there are a few great ice breakers as well, for instance there are PS4's as well as dart boards kept for the customers free of charge. Even at the table, first served was a cold wipe which makes you feel that much better as a feel good factor! Coming to the food bit, the quality of the wings are good there are an array of sauces and dry rubs to choose from varying on the intensity of the spice as well. I would recommend the ghost sauce and the BBQ dry rub as it has great flavour with the ranch and blue cheese dips, the mashed potato with pepper sauce is supple and warm, envelops the mouth with a cosy feeling while giving a tick of spice from the ground pepper corn. The tandoori prawns is on of the best if not the best in town, the quantity is actually more than expected for the price, the mint dip with the pico de gallo is simply scrumptious, the beer is prices on the higer end but good buffalo wings are never complete without a great draught by the side. The dessert served was choco-lava cake with ice-cream, simple delicious! To top it off a sweet drizzle of choclate sauce and a mint leaf gives It great presentation as well! Make sure you head to the place on Thursday, you'll be in for a good surprise. Commendable place great service by Sneha!
