Burger King — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Had ordered for veg burger, but received a non veg burger for take away, Last sunday dated - 04-10-20 at about 9:00pm, i had visited Gandhi Bazaar, Bangalore outlet. I had placed an order of a pure vegetarian take away order and had insisted the cashier 4-5 times for making it pure vegetarian. Even while collecting the order, i had asked whether it was pure vegetarian or not, the person who packed my order had told me that it was pure vegetarian. When i reached home and opened the order, i found out that i had received a non vegetarian chicken burger. I belong to a pure vegetarian family and getting non vegetarian food at my house is one of the worst thing could ever happen to us. Truly disappointed and saddened by such a service by Burger King. Would suggest to avoid this place henceforth, very very bad response from the store...

The counter boy and staff has no manners to behave to the customer.i have clear evidence for this.I have the full vedios of the tables and the behaviour of the staffs.i go there with my family .we have very bad experience from Burger King.atleat one table should be cleaned when customer is entering.They have no such manners.so please check your camera and do necessary things for customer...

Yesterday night I had been to the store and placed an order at the take away by 10 p.m, first of all the orders was delayed and for giving us 5 meals he took a good 30 mins. After which shockingly after I come home I see that the burgers are not what I ordered and was also not hot, he sealed my cover very cleverly and packed different burgers.Mayonnaise was missing in the burger no lettuce was added none of the sauces were added it was just an ordinary bun with two vegetable patties, not crispy even though the name mentioned double crispy. One burger was dead cold and was not double crispy but some other. Horrible taste and not a good outlet to visit. Please don't visit this outlet. This is not expected from a reputed outlet like...
