Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Bengaluru

We had one of the worst experience in coffee day here, first of all I am not big at going to coffee days , I think they're expensive for any normal visit. But since I had a meeting today we decided to do that here and we ordered the beverage and started with the meeting. Once we finished our beverage and some time later a server or a manager approaches us and throws the menu in front of us during the meeting and says "you might need to order again".we were like WTF man? The only reason we agreed to come to coffee day is bcz of ambiance and the fact that you can conduct the meeting for long hours. He says you need to order more in order to stay longer, if that was the case we would have order one by one instead of ordering everything at once. This wasn't all the same guy started doing the same thing to bunch of students who have actually ordered stuff and still consuming it. I understand you want business but at what cost?by forgetting what you're built up on.

Below average coffee, way too milky, the people in charge don't make the coffee strong in spite of requesting it. Recently, I was feeling sick in my throat and needed some hot water, asked for hot water in a non plastic cup (they provide hot/boiling water in plastic cup only, and refuse to oblige in spite of requesting for it, who drinks hot water in a plastic cup, its toxic!!) they just refused to do so, even their manager refused, it is a rule it seems 😂, the people in charge couldn't explain the reasons for the same. Too many flies too inside the cafe. Definitely will not visit again and will avoid all ccd's purely because of poor service from this cafe. Also, once they have served you a bad cup of coffee, they don't even look at you to see if you need anything else, the waitresses are too busy talking to each other.

FYI ccd, I went to Starbucks and asked for hot water in a regular ceramic cup and they served it without any...

By far, the worst coffee day experience. It's location is of convenience, which is the only pro.

The entire outlet is poorly maintained. Sticky tables, dirty floors, under trained staff and unclean cups. Most of the items on the menu are "not in stock", as quoted by the staff.

Quite ironic to the name of the brand 'Coffee Day', their coffee was the worst. They know how to mess a simple cappuccino and cold coffee (which seemed like a cup of froth and crushed ice respectively). The staff said there's no difference between a cappuccino and a latte.

One of the staff spilt hot milk a customer while serving and the entire staff broke into a hysteria, and neither of them were apologetic to the customer. Terrible...
