The team at cake walk is intolerat and rude to kids and parents. The quakiqu of their cake has also gone down with over sweet bakes and less availability on the savoury side. I was buying cake on October 21st when I noticed the manager's anger towards a child standing near the glass, looking at oasyeriw and touching the glass with his fingertips to show the cake he wanted to have. The manager went "shooooo" on top of his voice to tell the child to not touch the glass. On telling him that this wasn't a civil to address children, he did not even have courtesy to apologise to the child. Yesterday, a group of 5 chikdfch met at cakeqlac with their moms. This man refused to join tables or bring extra chairs lying unused for sitting. He was annoyed snapping at the host for multollm orders. And to sum it up, he yelled at children for speaking loudly, for which he could have asked parents to fix. On encountering him for his behaviour, he was again unapologetic and rude. BEWARE guys!!! You will absolutely have a miserable experience here because you can't stay here more than half an hour with just a cup of tea !! It might be hard to believe that but, terribly, I was almost kicked out of the place by the manager named An*ny, who told me that if you wanna stay more, order more !! This is our rule!! This is our place !! Follow the rule !!! This is not a hotel. Go Cafe Cofee Day!!! ....... I could have understood his feeling if there had been lots of guests waiting for their seats, but actually no one was there when I was there. Fully vacant at all!! He treated me as if I were an intruder to his house.. Then, even though I was full, I tried to order some for more stay, he then turned down my order by taking the menu off my hand.... !! How could it happen here in the cafe which is open to public?????????? I hope he would understand what he said and did and change his mind as a person who will probably continue to be involved in this kind of customer job, otherwise a bulk of similar complaints will surely be stack around him, I bet.
