Hi Team, Couple of days back I had shared a concern on one of my order surrounding Kashmiri kawa as Kawa didnot have any badam crunches and had too little kesar in it hardly 3 tiny kesar slices. Later that day I had recieved a call from Guru for a personal apology which I truly appreciate. Thanks for taking my issue into consideration @Chaipoint service team and branch team. Today me and my wife were served with a proper delicious and tasty Kawa and Ginger chai. Niresh was so humble enough with multiple apologies from him which made me write this appreciation post to him and Guru. Guru and Niresh shred their personal apology. Niresh did wonderful job, thanks guys 🤌 My main intention was to ensure that no one else face this issue going forward and chai point always sticks to its amazing qualitative standard. Me and my wife are their loyal customer since 6+ years and have ordered almost uncountable number of times....

Visited this place during one of my visits to M.G.Road. The outlet is compact and offers both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Always crowded during prime hours but you would manage to place your order with some hustle.

Ordered my favourite Ginger tea (small). Since I visited during odd hours, I got my order within 5 minutes. As usual tea was good with nice blend of tea, milk and water, lacked in ginger flavour and sugar but still felt good.

The outlet is kept neat and clean, air conditioned according to weather. The washrooms are good too.

But for a prime location like M.G.Road, the outlet is too small. Hope they find some options to cater more customers in...
