"Disappointing from Start to Finish!"

I recently dined at 13th Floor, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

Food: The menu might look appealing, but don't be fooled. What arrived at our table was a complete disaster. The main course was bland, as if the chef forgot to add even a pinch of seasoning. Very bad considering the absurdly high prices.

Drinks: I’m not sure what kind of cocktail “expert” is mixing drinks here, but my cocktail tasted like it came from a bottled supermarket mix. It was overly sweet, watered down, and tasted of artificial flavors.

Ambience: The atmosphere was soulless and uninviting. The decor felt like it hadn't been updated since the early 2000s. The music was an odd mix of genres that didn’t match the setting, blaring loudly enough to ruin any chance of conversation.

Service: Where do I even begin? The service was atrociously slow.

Overall, 13th Floor is an absolute disaster. Between the overpriced, inedible food, the terrible drinks, the depressing atmosphere, and the embarrassingly slow service, it’s safe to say I won’t be returning. Save your money and your sanity—go...

13th floor is a good place for Candle Light Dinner. As the name says it is located on the 13th floor and offers variety of cuisines and drinks.

For starters we ordered Hara Bhara Kebab and Honey Chilli Potato. Hara Bhara Kebab had cheese and nuts filling inside. I will rate it - 4.5/5 Honey Chilli Potato was made of Baby Potatoes unlike the one we get in shape of fries. It was decent in taste. 3.5/5 for me

For main course we had Pindi Chole Masala, Paneer Tikka Masala and Kulcha. Pindi Chole Masala was a chef special dish and it stood up to our expectations. It was perfectly cooked. I would rate it 5/5 the best I had till date

Paneer Tikka Masala was another chef recommended curry but it failed to meet our expectations. It was sweet and tasted more like a Paneer Butter Masala. 3/5 won’t recommend if you are looking for a spicy paneer dish.

The Kulcha was baked well and had generous filling. So 4.5/5

Overall 4.5/5 for food.
