Chai Point - Kundalahalli — Restaurant in Bengaluru

My friends always say that I am very generous in reviews. Even for me, this outlet cannot get anything higher than 2.

Ordered a lemon tea, ginger chai (sugarless) and irani chai. They took for ever to make it. Then the ginger chai never had any ginger taste. It was plain. They took it and said will add ginger. By that, the chai was cold.

Ambience, the used plates with Tea all over was on tables. It was not a priority for any of them to clean it.. You may find it in my pictures here.

I have been to many outlets and chai point is not like this.. It is spoiling their brand.

Located in the main road of Aecs layout easily accessible. Location - 5 stars

The stores is quite compact not so much room to hangout, 12 people could be accommodated Ambiance is good - 4 stars Cleanliness and hygienic - 4 stars

It has got too much of online orders So it will take a little while to serve the dine in orders Service - 4 stars

There is a scan and order option available at tables but for that the app should be installed which is little inconvenient sometimes and not reasonable to install an app in case if you aren’t a frequent...

First of all, it looks like a chai point made inside a residential house. Secondly there were so many files all around. It was giving a very unhygienic feeling to safe your food from flies. I guess the staffs were less. So no one came to pick up the used plates/ cups of other customers left from the table. The view opposite to sitting arrangement towards stairs was so pathetic. It shows you posters & spider webs. Horrible experience. I also visited Chai point at Indiranagar CMH road earlier & that experience has been really amazing & looked like these are 2 different brands. Didn't enjoy...
