Chinese square in N.R. Colony has been one of my favourite eateries in the recent past. A one-stop shop for either a vegetarian light lunch/dinner or an evening snack, this place serves Soups, Sandwiches, Manchurians, Dry roasts, Fried Rice, Fruit juices and Milkshakes that suits one's palate but ONLY VEGETARIAN.
➡️ Must Try (preferences are personal to suit my palate) - Hot Manchow or Tomato Soup, Mushroom/Babycorn Pepper Dry, Veg. Noodles/Fried Rice, Pudina Lime Soda
➡️ Prices/rates of the dishes - pocket friendly, comparatively less expensive than what's priced at restaurants
➡️ Taste - Delicious & yummy, if you are a Chinese street Food lover
➡️ Ambience - External seating on a 'Katte', in the Netkalappa bus stop, opposite to the joint or standing and eating.
➡️ Facilities - No proper wash basin for hand wash, only usage of tissue paper or jug water. Food trays are placed for keeping used plates, bowls and trash cans, for tissue papers, empty water bottles.
➡️ Hygiene - Given the present pandemic conditions, workers need to wear face masks while cooking and the kitchen also needs to be well maintained.
➡️ Hospitality - Cashier and Head Server are courteous and helpful, at all times. Any discrepancy with regards to your order, taste, payments etc. will be taken care.
➡️ Payment forms - Cash, Card, Digital Payments (PAYTM, Google Pay, PhonePay etc.)...
Read moreA good place to eat Veg-Chinese. I eat here a lot of times. The price is very reasonable. Taste is mediocre, and it deteriorates as you go on finishing the plate. Taste best when you eat then and there itself and when the temperature is hot.
Since the place is usually crowded , there is no uniformity in quality. These are the usual problems with such places that get more and more crowd from the time they initially started.
In my personal experience, I got bad quality food a couple of times, but most of the time the quality is good. So just be aware of what your eating, they probably should refund you if you come across bad food.
In all, you get a lot of variety of Chinese theme food in Indian Flavor. So a go-to place for Indochinese food if you want to stay in budget and if you prefer to eat regularly. The downside is quality and taste
And also make sure to taste the soup if you go there, it is here...
Read moreOne of the best places to hang out with friends and have plate sharing snacks and food. Took over my friends on a surprise, they had no idea about this place. Got down at South End Metro and walked upto this place and was already crowd-packed around 6:00pm. The staff are very friendly, but once you go one of us has to take charge and order the food/desserts/juice/snacks and keep following up with person behind the counter, In short it's self service. Very small place where we have to adjust to stand and reserve seats near the katte/bus stop bench if you wanna sit down. Coming to food and taste, it's excellent and lip smacking. Schezwan dishes (Noodles and Fried Rice) and Dry Pepper Mushroom/Baby Corn was the best XD !!! I am glad my friends loved it, will definitely go again...
