We had the worst experience at Food springs and i would not recommend this place to anyone who would want to dine out for even a basic comfortable meal. We walked into the restaurant at 3:15.p.m. for a late lunch. The signboard showed that the restaurant closes at 3:30.p.m. We did not want to disturb the restaurant 's policies and decided to go elsewhere. However, we were invited into the restaurant and they said it was okay for us to walk in and that we could place our order all at once (that would be the last order). We were okay with the idea. The real ordeal began there. The lady taking our order had no clue about what we were telling her. She had no basic understanding of what we were ordering too. When our food arrived, they just kept it on the table and left . We asked for the plates and she pointed at the corner of the table where a couple of plates were kept (the didn't look like plates when they were stacked so we couldn't make out). We served ourselves and then, not even 5 minutes after we started our main course came in the bill. That was it!! We had barely started the main course and the bill arrived and she insisted that we pay the bill at that point. There was no manager in sight in spite of asking for him/her. Within the next two minutes, the air conditioners/fans were switched off and all the lights were turned off. We could have ordered food at home instead isn't it? They should not invite a guest in if they cannot treat them well. And, we were okay with leaving even before we started. In all, it was the worst service ever. We are usually very simple customers with not much expectations. But, today was the worst we have experience so far. We would not recommend this place to anyone if you are looking for even fairly decent service. We definitely will not visit the...
Read moreVisited Food Springs last weekend. The place opens by 12pm and we were there by 12:30, and the first customers. By the time we ordered main course, the place full and people had started to wait.
About the ambience, it's a 4/5. The seating is comfortable and placed just perfectly in terms distance between tables. Located on 1st floor in the building.
A great place to hang out with friends and also to visit with family.
As for food, for starters we had Classic Thai Milk tea, Creamy coffee boba, and Watermelon Sunrise mocktail. The mocktail was especially refreshing, while the boba tea was good for first timer, and we definitely had difficulty getting the bobas into our mouths lol. In end, many boba crystals remained in the glasses. Wok tossed fried wontons was good; it was crispy and yummy.
For main course we ordered two dishes as there were three of us. We ordered Pad Thai noodles and asked for a rice dish recommendation. We were recommended Chesnut Brocolli Teriyaki rice, which I wouldn't recommend to anyone. It wasn't to my liking. Pad Thai noodles was simply superb. I can rate it a 5/5, and try again.
One more thing, they use a lot of food coloring, as per my friend's observation, and I really hope restuarants don't do this.
One point less because the server kept glancing our way to finish up and leave quickly. As soon as we were done, he came to us to ask us to leave as there were people waiting. I understand that it's lunch hour, and people would be waiting, but we did come to relax, chat and enjoy the food. After 1 and a half hours if we are asked to leave, why would I visit such a place and pay extreme high money for food while I could have done that at a mall or a local restaurant where I won't...

There is a thing or so for Thai foods Raw flavour that hits your mouth... A visit would be recommended if you want to taste the Thai Malai and oceanic vegetarian food
Located off the main road, this location suits the restaurant, with all-time-available road side parking, but should be mindful and cautious about parking of vehicles which have come for Rajasthaninsangh near by
Well about the restaurant.. located on the 1st floor, has access to lift for a better accessibility
Good ambiance good vibe vibrant shades of green.. keeps you welcome But the rules of the restaurant is what makes you take a step back
Can seat around 50 members at a time, no hi-chair for the kids
The menu has a host of rich dishes from Thai, malai and Vietnamese special food With well controlled spice levels and sweet levels
Wait time increases according to the customers seating, so advice to visit when the seating is available, to avoid late service.
Even with a great rush, the quality of the food or orders have not been compromised, hats off on that, but yes wait is long.
Hospitality and cleanliness is where I would downrate them Unfortunately they have 1 wash basin and washroom, so you need to be lucky not to wait for these services. The menu card has stains and I would blame the design of the same, space becomes messy blaming the utensils They take their own time to clear off the used utensils, not sure if the manpower is a question
Overall a great place for a great taste, so...
