Attitude matters

Kedias used to be one of my favorite spots for a good meal. Their food was delicious, and the service was courteous, making it a go-to place for many customers, myself included. However, the once-positive experience has taken a complete U-turn in recent times.

The staff now exhibits an appalling level of unprofessionalism, with a dismissive and even abusive attitude towards customers. It seems the success of their business has given them an inflated sense of superiority, leading to behavior that can only be described as callous. The attitude appears to be, "If you want to eat, eat. If not, get lost."

Such a mindset is unacceptable in any service industry. Customers should be treated with respect, irrespective of how busy or successful the business is. Sadly, Kedias has forgotten the very people who helped them grow—its patrons.

While the food remains decent, the overall experience has become so unpleasant that it completely overshadows the quality of the meals. Until Kedias takes steps to address their behavior and prioritize customer service, I cannot recommend this place.
