This place has been on my “to visit” list for a while. I've had their ice creams and recently got to know about this restaurant that also has food options. Situated on 100 ft road Indiranagar, it's a dear little place with outdoorsy seating. It wasn't crowded when I visited on a weekday.
To start with, I love their concept of pizza by the slice. I always wanted this idea to become popular in the pizza joints. So many times I've been forced to buy seven inch and 10 inch pizza and not able to finish it instead, have had to have it for dinner. Here it's in a square bread size bits and quite a variety to choose from. Perfect for me. I got the following two as takeaway “
Roasted vegetables (nice but nothing unusual)
Vegetables and pesto ...different and delicious! Must try. Package for takeaway very good
At the restaurant I had: Green salad: really good with paper thin tart apple slices and all the other ingredients in a salad.
Spaghetti with vegetables.. Tasty. Would have preferred broccoli in it.
Nutella milkshake: Awful! It has some solid Nutella or chocolate bits in the shake.. I don't know what it is but it was stale and smelt bad.
They do have desserts and juices but I dint indulge in them.
Service was very good. Feedback taken. Prices ok. Depends on what you order.
Ambience very good clean and airy. Must change the music.
This is an awesome place if you are craving Italian food. Good to go alone or if you want to just sit and chat with a friend for long with no one breathing down your neck. . Would I go again...yes! to try other pizza slices and pastas. Will steer clear of the ice cream shakes. . Overall rating: 4/5
Ratings for reviews 1-No! No! No! 2-Just about average 3- Good. Can give it a try 4-Great!! 5-Yes! Yes! Yes! And I’ll tell...

My husband and I are Milano loyalists when it comes to ice cream, although we had never sampled their food.
For my dad's birthday, we decided to try their dine-in menu. We ordered a steak, which looked dangerously undercooked, and other items like salad, soup, pasta, and square pizza, which were all average at best.
The most horrifying point of our dinner was when my sister went to order another pizza slice. She spotted a rat in the display counter, nibbling on a slice she could have almost ordered. The staff saw she saw, and distracted her by asking about her order.
By the time my husband and I went to talk to them, that slice had been swiftly switched out, and denials were rampant. They went to the extent of saying that my sister could have an "eyes problem," because there was no chance of there being a rat.
There is a CCTV camera pointing right at the display counter, and we asked for footage. Promptly comes their reply: we don't have access.
We took the owner's number and called several times over the next few days to no avail. They went from giving us a 24-hour timeline to view the footage to flat-out telling us the cameras weren't working.
While incidents like these can happen at restaurants, what shocked us most is their callous attitude towards it. They disregarded absolutely everything.
My dad is over 60. My mom and sister threw up after going back. None of this mattered through their lies.
It's a shame that one of our favorite restaurants turned...
Read moreTLDR: Saw a rat in the display unit biting into the pizza on display. Management lied about it and treated us poorly. Would not recommend it because they disregard hygiene and our health.
We went for a family dinner and decided to try their food menu for the first time. While their food was decent, my steak was undercooked and raw. The most disturbing thing however, was that my sister saw a rat in the display unit when she went to order a pizza. There was a CCTV camera pointed straight at the display rack, when we asked them about they proceeded to call us liars and told us that we were mistaken. In the coming days, calls came in from different levels of management, ending with Giancarlo himself. All the calls promised us changes to their hygiene standards and that we shouldn't stop coming. But none of it addressed if there was actually a rat and if we should visit a doctor. They even refused to show us the footage saying the CCTV's don't work.
As a hard-core lover of Milano's gelato, I did not see the same standards reflected in their outlet on 100ft road and in the way management handled...
