Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Bengaluru

The place was good and nice ambience.. but I person in the billing counter as well they supervisor weren't honest.. they billed me wrong initially and he was hesitant to give me the bill.. and later when I asked for bill he gave a bill n told there is small mistake n when I looked at the bill he had charged 40rs more.. I asked for clarification he tried to convince me he is right.. I had to again go n ask supervisor and when requested a new bill he generated one and some how he added things to make up to the amount that I had paid.. he couldn't get closer.. but I wasn't happy that the prices in the booklet are different n what they charge is different they don't mention about the additional top up price.. he paid me 10rs back saying it was wrong billing.. this is not what a customer should be...

Had a terrible experience going to this place. They have taken money for the order but finally conveyed that they don’t have the ingredients. They have not even given the bill nor the change. They have made me wait for 30 minutes and still asked me to keep waiting.. I asked them for a refund, they said they can’t give and had to leave without money nor the order that is placed. They don’t respect the customers nor their time. The one in the billing counter have called the store manager and said that the customer is asking for the refund, but didn’t inform about no ingredients part and they couldn’t offer the order that is placed. I was staying at Indiranagar for almost 6 days and this Cafe Coffee Day was my go to place everyday. This is a huge cafe. It has both indoor as well as huge outdoor space too. For all the smokers, yes smoking is allowed in the outside area. This cafe is open till late night too. I thoroughly enjoyed my every visit.

The staff is friendly and sweet too.

Overall, for a good experience, I recommend this place.
