hosted an event (Engagement party) at Nandana palace, party Banquet hall.
Before reserving this party hall, please inquire about the functionality of the air conditioning units. We unfortunately neglected to do so and relied on assumed reliability, only to discover that only 2 out of the 4 air conditioners were operational (but less effective), and the other 2 were dummy. Consequently, both ourselves and our guests suffered discomfort due to poor cooling, especially during the sweltering summer heat. suddenly all our focus shifted from enjoying the main event to comforting and finding alternatives to our suffocated guests, many of whom left the venue as soon as possible. Similar incidents of dissatisfaction were noted in reviews of this venue, yet like many others, we overlooked these warnings amidst a sea of positive or potentially misleading reviews. It appears that the management is aware of this issue but opted to continue renting out the space without addressing the faulty air conditioning units. There was no proactive effort to inform us or provide alternatives, nor did they express remorse for the inconvenience caused, seemingly prioritizing business over customer satisfaction. Moreover, despite our persistent requests for the stage carpets to be cleaned or replaced, all we received was an explanation justifying their inability to provide clean carpets. Ultimately, after rigorous negotiation and highlighting their shortcomings, they agreed to give us discount as a compensation. However, no monetary compensation could erase the unpleasant memories endured by ourselves and our guests. However, amidst these shortcomings, there were some positive aspects worth acknowledging. The food provided was delicious, and certain members of the serving staff worked diligently to ensure our guests were well taken care of. Additionally, the valet parking attendants were exceptionally helpful, and we extend our gratitude to them. It's important to mention a common problem with parking. Despite having valet parking for all, the narrow roads near the venue, combined with numerous other party halls and pubs, create congestion and difficulty in maneuvering vehicles. Therefore, it's wise to avoid bringing cars to prevent frustration. Another option is to host the event somewhere else with more space.

Read moreWe recently visited this Andhra Style restaurant in Bengaluru for lunch as we heard great things about the food, and we were not disappointed in that regard—the food was excellent. However, our overall experience was tarnished by an unpleasant interaction.
When we enquired about a table for 4 and asked if the staff could communicate in Telugu, Hindi, or English (as we don’t speak Kannada), the response was shockingly rude and dismissive. While we completely respect the importance of the state language, the arrogance and lack of courtesy in the response were extremely disturbing asking to speak or respond in Kannada.
What makes this even more surprising is that this is an Andhra Style restaurant, representing a cuisine and culture from a different state (Andhra Pradesh). One would expect the management and staff to show more flexibility and welcoming behavior, especially in a city like Bengaluru, known for its diversity and cosmopolitan nature.
A restaurant should aim to create a hospitable and inclusive atmosphere for all guests, regardless of the language they speak. Unfortunately, this interaction left a sour taste and made us question whether this place values its customers.
We hope the management takes feedback seriously and addresses this issue. Good food deserves to be complemented by good service and respectful treatment...

Here's your revised review.
I’ve been a regular customer at this place, but unfortunately, my recent visit was a terrible experience. Upon arriving, I was left unattended for quite some time. When I finally approached a waitress, I was given a seat that was quite uncomfortable. I requested to move to a different table, but was told that all other seats were "closed," even though there were at least 5 or 6 empty tables clearly available. They kept insisting they were closed and ultimately denied me service.
As a regular customer, this was extremely disappointing. I will likely avoid this place for future visits. It seems they've forgotten the importance of providing good service, or perhaps the management no longer prioritizes customer satisfaction. Sadly, it feels like Nandhana has really downgraded their service standards.
Old review ( First Experience)
A great place for food with excellent cleanliness standards. The food is tasty, and the service is fast, with most waiters being attentive and polite. It’s definitely a good spot to visit. However, the prices are slightly on the higher side.
Parking isn’t an issue if you’re on a bike.
Overall Rating: A good place to dine, but keep the...
