Food - 4.5 Ambiance - 4.5 Service 4.5

I was lucky enough to eat my free meal here again thanks to Onesta's name of the week. I'm sad that I couldn't order as much this time but I guess it's ok. I had Butter Chicken pizza - this was served so hot and yet I couldn't stop digging into it even as it burnt my tongue because it had such brilliant flavors to it. I think they've outdone themselves this time with the Indian themed special menu. 2.Mixed Seafood Balacho - This is an all seafood pizza which is brilliantly made. I can actually feel the Goan style preparation that is embedded into this pizza. Must try on the special menu. 3.Prawn Pesto - I wasn't quite happy with this dish since eace slice had just one small prawn on it and the the pesto wasn't that good. So please do improve upon this. Peach iced tea - Loved this refreshing beverage as it just washes down the taste of the previous pizza and gets you ready to taste a new one. Desserts - These are the standard good desserts that you get to eat here and as you know they're all quiet good but I want to talk about one in particular on their new special menu. 6.Millfoglie Alla Ricotta - one of the most unique desserts this place has to offer. It has some rich, light and fluffy cream sandwiched between two crispy sugary crackers that definitely will make you ask for more. Do give it a try

The ambiance is same as that of their other branches but it's got better light coming in due to it's rooftop location. There's ample seating room as always.

The service staff is very helpful and always ready to take your order but only on some days that seem to be a bit busier than usual, those are the days that you go unnoticed by the staff. Other wise a really...

My recent visit to Onesta in Indira Nagar left me with mixed feelings. While there were certain aspects of the dining experience that impressed me, there were a few disappointments as well.

Firstly, I was disappointed to find out that the lift was not working during my visit. This made it inconvenient for customers, especially those with mobility issues or heavy items to carry. It would have been better if this issue had been resolved promptly.

When it comes to beverages, I ordered a 7UP, but unfortunately, it was flat and tasted like sugar water. It was a letdown as I was expecting a refreshing carbonated drink. I hope they can improve the quality of their soft drinks in the future.

On the positive side, the unlimited pizza option at Onesta was a standout feature. The variety of pizzas available was impressive, and the quality of the ingredients and flavors were commendable. The pizza truly lived up to my expectations and was the highlight of the meal.

However, the hot chocolate brownie I ordered for dessert was a disappointment. The brownie was dry and lacked the rich and gooey texture that is usually expected from such a treat. It was a missed opportunity for a satisfying ending to the meal.

Overall, Onesta in Indira Nagar offers a mixed experience. While the non-functional lift and disappointing 7UP were drawbacks, the unlimited pizza option stood out as a delicious and enjoyable offering. However, the hot chocolate brownie failed to meet expectations. With some improvements in these areas, Onesta has the potential to provide a more consistent and delightful...

Consistently Poor Quality Compared to Other Outlets

I am a regular customer at Onesta, but my experience at the Indira Nagar outlet was deeply disappointing, especially when compared to the excellent standards of other branches like Kammanahalli and Marathahalli.

The food quality was significantly below par:

· The Farmhouse Pizza was one of the worst I've had from the chain. · The Stuffed Garlic Bread was just average ("okay"). · The Pesto Pasta was notably lacking in flavor and not up to the mark.

When I raised my concerns with the staff, the explanation given was that the high volume of Swiggy orders might have affected the taste due to the crowd. However, other Onesta outlets efficiently handle large crowds (both dine-in and delivery) while maintaining their quality. This suggests a specific issue with this location's kitchen management or standards.

It's a shame because I know how good Onesta can be. I cannot recommend this particular outlet and would advise ordering from a different branch for a reliably good experience.

Management Suggestion: Please review your quality control processes. Consistency across outlets is key for a chain restaurant, and this location is currently failing to meet the...

After Lockdown, the restaurant is fully functional, after a very long gap. Very happy with the service & the taste of food. Appreciate the efforts to serve better food. Courteous staffs & has the tendency to cater the needs of the customer. The unlimited menu was absolutely worth the price. When you could try everything in the menu for a price that is the cost of 2 different dishes. While the unlimited Non Veg pizza option is available for 400 rupees + Tax, the unlimited non veg dishes priced at 700 +Tax. The quantity can be customized, while you go for the unlimited meal. Try their signature pizzas & pasta, prawn pizza & White Pasta at its best. Takes an average of 20 min to prepare any dish & in the meanwhile you could try their Desserts. & as they let you order ahead, you could ask for more of your favorite dishes. Slightly crowded during evenings. Best time to reach would be around 5 pm as not many would be at the store. Good choice for a larger group & get togethers. Best place for the foodies. Must Try: Fried chicken, Chicken Cheese Sause Pasta, Hot & Spicy Prawn Pizza. Nachos, this one is better. Meat is fresh and you can ask for any customization and they could accommodate the same.
