Edit: After my review, the owner responded by offering a complimentary meal and expressing a desire to learn from my feedback. I decided to give them another chance, thinking that perhaps they were facing some issues on the day I visited. I contacted them again on 28th July 2024, and their reply was, "We just have some offers on certain days. I can talk to the owner once. Could you please forward the screenshot of our response?" I forwarded the screenshot, but after that, I received no further communication. Unfortunately, it became clear that their initial response was more of a formality than a genuine effort to address my concerns, leading to yet another disappointment.

I never had such a bad experience at any place in any city. So far the worst experience for me. I booked the place for dinner April 19, 2024 and around 20 people were there with me. In every aspect this place was proven to be the worst for all of us. We chose a seating place outside. It was hot and we asked for a table fan. They said that they don't have one. They took order for soups which did not come even after the dinner was done and they kept on saying, "yes, it is coming." For non-veg items they said," chicken items aren't available today." Most of the items in the menu were not available. We had to rely on either paneer tikka or some nachos for starters. Just one or two mocktails and few items in main course were served. They took too much time to bring items which they agreed that are available. Every item we order was taking around 30~40 mins. It wasn't even crowded. There were hardly any people in the entire place other than us. Their constant excuse was that chefs are new or not available today. After such a bad service they denied to remove the service charge from the bill and said if you want to get it removed then you have to pay the bill directly and not avail any discount provided by Swiggy.

For me it was an embarrassing experience in front of my whole team since we were constantly stressed by non availability or delay of food items or due to sweaty place rather than enjoying our discussion. They should have informed beforehand that they won't provide most of the items listed in the menu so that we could have taken decision to move to any...

Had gone to attend the 2023 New Year’s celebration yesterday . This was one of our worst experiences. Tickets cost 7500 for family of three. *Even though we had purchased tickets in advance and reached the venue an hour earlier we were made to stand for over one and half hours in queue to enter. The queue management was unorganised and people who came late were entering before us. *As soon as we entered there were long queues for fast food chat, pani puri, paav Baji spring roll and bhel. People were given just one Pani puri one spring roll(worst spring roll ever had). They didn’t have quantity for the no of people who were there. Drinks- there were no mocktails provided for the kids, just one small bottle of campa, they didn’t even have Pepsi or coke, just cheap soft drinks. The drinks counter was packed with people begging to be provided a drink. After waiting for half an hour in the rush just got a small cup of some cheap vodka and some local soda no cocktails either which was mentioned. Didn’t even bother standing in the rush for anymore drinks. The tandoor and pizza counters were packed with people waiting for the trays to be filled, they didn’t keep the food ready and huge rush at the counter to get a piece of uncooked chicken. Didn’t have the patience to stand in the rush for the thin pizza piece. once again long queue for dinner which again was not ready, people were standing there frustrated waiting for chicken gravy and rice. No roti or naan provided , there was no chicken pieces in the gravy and rest of the containers were not refilled as the food was being prepared. overall the place was not at all clean, no seating arrangements for nearly 700-800 people there in the small place. People urinating and vomiting behind bushes and dark corners. The three of us might have just been able to get food worth 200rs and was a total waste going there. We decided leave early at 11 pm as my 12 year old son was very hungry and we thought at least we could have something to eat from outside instead of this pathetic place. don’t fall for the four star review as it seems to be...

Pebbel provided an extremely disappointing experience that was both overrated and poorly executed. Sometimes, it's not just about the money spent but the quality of the experience, and in this case, it fell far short of expectations. We attended this place for Halloween night with the promise of a captivating ambiance, decor, delicious food, and face art. We initially paid 500 INR per person for our tickets, only to be hit with an unexpected demand of an additional 1000 INR per person before we could even enter the venue as cover charge which was no where informed ( itechnically if you dnt buy pass you are n ot allowed to enter and coupon could be used against food ideally this kind of coupon happens at classy places and we would have minded paying if it was worth). This lack of transparency regarding costs left a sour taste in our mouths from the start. Anyways if the place was good we would have still been able to utilized the money but mgt took the money even before someone could enter the place hence it was like lottery. Once inside, we were greeted with a dismal scene—a lone skeleton sticker and subpar music tucked away in a corner. The seating arrangements were not only uncomfortable but also baffling. Despite shelling out 1500 INR, we were restricted to sitting indoors. It was only later that we discovered an exorbitant 3000+ INR fee for outdoor seating, a detail that was conspicuously absent from the initial information. Furthermore, it seemed like the management was solely interested in collecting money, with little regard for the attendees' experience. The lack of promised face art and decor left us thoroughly disappointed. The so-called "food" offered consisted of a mere eight overpriced dishes, and it failed to live up to the expectations set by the event. This place sorely lacked organization and the decency to provide value for the money they charged.
