Secret Spot Cafe — Restaurant in Bengaluru

In the beginning I was impressed because the ambience was nice but that impression was lost in no time. I went there with a friend of mine, we ordered two different types of cold coffee ( cold coffe with icecream and Irish cold coffee) both the coffees were extremely sugary and had no taste of coffee in them. We went on and ordered potato wedges, Peru Peru chicken burger and white sauce pasta. The white sauce pasta was kinda watery and tasted nothing like a good white sauce pasta. The peri peri chicken burger we ordered kinda tasted okay but the chicken inside was not cooked well. The only decent item was the wedges. We sat there and continued to do our work. The service over there is extremely bad, the staffs are rude (not everyone). We asked for water with ice cubes in it, the first person to freet us when we arrived there had provided us this, but when we requested the same to another staff, he was rude and asked me to buy cold water, but he gave to me when I insisted. But my friend had to call out loud to get some water. The customers sat right behind us were also finding it bad, because nobody came to take any orders and they had to personally go to the counter and order, following to which they left. Went to Secret Spot Cafe yesterday and ordered Chicken Burger, Peri Peri Chicken Burger, Fries, Pasta and Green Island. The price is not worth the taste. Fries and White sauce Chicken Penne Pasta was the only good thing which was worth the money. When you pay ₹250 for a chicken burger, you do have some expectations. Rather than just serving some veggies in a huge bun with no chicken to see. (Like the name suggests chicken is sitting in a secret spot). Good luck finding it, especially when you order Peri Peri Chicken Burger. Green Island was just Sprite mixed with some green coloured thing. The ambience is good and that's the only good thing. They have a separate outside seating arrangement where you can even smoke and enjoy the nice roads in Jayanagar. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go to Secret Spot Cafe to eat.
