From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Aayush made us feel welcome like we were dining at a friend’s place. He guided us through the menu with great knowledge and enthusiasm. His recommendations were spot-on — from the pizzas to the desserts.

What stood out most was the genuine care he showed throughout. He checked on us at perfect intervals without being intrusive. He even remembered our small preferences and had them taken care of instantly. When we had a special dietary concern, Aayush handled it seamlessly.

Our water glasses were never empty, and our table was always spotless. The pizza came piping hot, and the service was faster than expected. Aayush explained the sourdough process in such a passionate way — we loved the story! We felt like he truly enjoyed what he was doing, which made the experience more special.

He brought a personal touch that’s rare to find in restaurants today. When we complimented the food, he was quick to credit the kitchen staff — very humble! He even offered a few dessert pairings that were absolutely divine. The tiramisu was a dream, and we wouldn’t have ordered it if not for him.

Aayush has a calming presence and an attentive eye — true customer-first service. His timing, tone, and tact were all perfectly balanced. Despite it being a busy evening, he made sure we felt like a priority. He even helped us pack leftovers with utmost care.

Before leaving, he asked for genuine feedback — a rare and appreciated gesture. Thanks to him, Si Nonna’s felt like more than a meal — it was an experience. Aayush, if you're reading this: keep doing what you do. You’ve set a new benchmark for hospitality.

Overall ok experience not very great We ordered fee things and I’m going rate it based on my experience

Mozzarella & Jalapeño Croquettes (good taste and nice balance of cheese and potato.) Garlic Sourdough (Not good better avoid them) Pizza 2 - Margherita (Good taste with good balance of cheese in it) Burrata ( This topping was bad & wasn’t fresh, so avoid it completely. Pizza 4Ps stand out as one of the best for this) Panna cotta with blueberry (this was good and enjoyed every bit) Apple & Cinnamon Kombucha ( Decent but not the best)

Last bit which I personally felt bad was the billing. The service personnel mentioned there was an offer on Panna Cotta of buy 1-get 1 but when we received the bill they had added the charges for 2. When asked the service personnel mentioned it’s just put there but has been removed already. I had to then clearly calculate and show her that the total price is not right and we had to prove it before they refund us the money.

Overall I would say Pizza was ok ( compared to other places I have had this wasn’t that great ex: Pizza 4Ps), few items are over priced, with decent ambiance. Felt a...
