A small "hole in the wall" "Darshini" located in one of the oldest locality Hanumanthanagar of Bengaluru.
This is definitely more than 25 years old. To get an idea of what this hotel is, one should visit the same on weekends for breakfast....
Though it's a very small hotel, the choice of breakfast items is really good. The accompaniments like Sagu, Chutney and Sambhar are very tasty.

Located on 4th Cross road Hanumanthanagar (bus route). I love the tea they make (note: they don't make masala tea and I hate masala tea). Their other specialities - delicious Mangalore buns - just the right mix of sweet and salt; set Dosa - 3 miniature masala dosas actually, I have never seen any other hotel in Bangalore serving such set dosas; bread toast with Jam; Paddu which was introduced a few years back; just right masalaedaar South Indian pulao; tasty chutneys for all idlis and dosas. Overall, great value for money.
Negatives - Parking not available. Seating not available. One of the cashier (not the owner) is very rude. Limited space when fully crowded on...
