⭐ 1/5 - I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Starbucks location, and I would highly advise others to avoid it if they value their time and money.

First and foremost, the staff is incredibly slow and lacks basic customer service skills. They seem uninterested in their work and have a lot of attitude, especially one of the employees, Kavita, who was rude and dismissive when I asked about my order delay. Instead of helping or apologizing for the slow service, she acted like she was doing me a favor by simply taking my order.

To make matters worse, they consistently get orders wrong. I had to wait anywhere between 20 to 30 minutes just to receive a simple coffee, which is completely unacceptable. Other customers were facing the same issue, with multiple people having to return their drinks because they were made incorrectly. If you are in a hurry or just looking for a smooth experience, you will only end up frustrated here.

Additionally, their payment machine rarely works, which adds to the inconvenience. Every time I visit, there seems to be some issue with card payments, forcing customers to scramble for cash or use alternative payment methods. This is a well-known international brand, yet their payment system feels outdated and unreliable.

Overall, this Starbucks location fails in every aspect of what should be a quick and pleasant coffee experience. From the inefficient staff to the constant mistakes and technical issues, it is simply not worth the trouble. Highly NOT recommended. The coffee? Always top-notch. From their signature lattes to the seasonal specials, the quality is consistent and worth the price. I also love their variety of snacks and food options — the banana bread and spinach & corn sandwich are my personal favorites!
