Exorbitant price.. unprofessional attitude.. lack of hospitality ettiquetes.. not at all value for money.. we were 2 persons but i asked for a 4 seater table to feel comfortable as the 2 seater tables were extremely congested, but the waiter asked us be seated in 2 seater only inspite of very few customers.. the waiters who are serving did not know any table ettiquetes, they kept my knife on bare table while i was already using it.. i asked for another knife, still they kept it on the bare table. Extremely disappointed after checking the quality and the quantity of the food.. the quantity they serve is not worth the price, and quality wise i can say its tasteless.. They add service charge without the consent of the customer and without even serving the food on the plate.. not sure what is the service charge for.. you don't even allow me my preferred seat. Ambience wise, lighting is darker than normal. Specially if the seats are at the corner, you can hardly see ur food. Be it is an after office coffee or couple hours spending with a friend in evening, Afraa Creperie is the place to be in. Very good quality of food, and excellent hospitality of members of Afraa team will win your heart. Even if you want dedicated service, customized food over their pre-existing menu, they are ready to deliver it. Nice quite ambience for a dinner can also be considered. I personally prefer the restaurant for their excellent quality of food and courteous serving team. We ordered Cappuccinos, Americano and Hot Chocolates which were quite nice. I had the Hot Chocolate which was really chocolatey and creamy and delicious!
