I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fabbrica, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. This charming Italian restaurant not only served up some truly awesome food, but also provided a nice and cozy ambience that made the overall dining experience quite enjoyable. Fabbrica is inside City Center 1, Salt lake, it's at DC Block and at the top floor, (the same building of Shoppers Stop). They have another branch near Elgin road and we went to the Salt lake branch.

The highlight of my visit to Fabbrica was undoubtedly the food. The Italian cuisine served here was simply outstanding. You will get good vegetarian options here but non veg options are a bit limited except the pizza. Price wise it's a little expensive, and the quantity was less compared to the price, especially on the desserts.

The decoration was also superb, especially considering we dined there just before Christmas. The festive touches added a special charm to the overall atmosphere.

In conclusion, my visit to Fabbrica was a delightful one. I highly recommend Fabbrica to anyone in search of an informative and enjoyable Italian dining experience.

We ordered : Gamberi - should try if you like prawn. Pollo Piccante pizza - this is really the best among all and it's their signature dish. Rigatoni Permigiano : meaning white sauce pasta. As of June 2024, service charges in Indian restaurants are optional and cannot be forced on customers. Unless u think bringing a pizza or calamari o pollo piccata dish etc from the chef/kitchen to table is service wud u like us to get it from the kitchen.😆

Fabbrica is a beautiful neon urban themed Italian restaurant with an engaging and cosy atmosphere. Perfect for date nights and comfortable meals with friends. The owner and manager were really accommodating, friendly and gave us suggestions from the menu that turned out to be mamma mia fantastic! We ordered a combination of different pastas and pizza along with assorted drinks. 🔴 We tried the Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Pepperonchino which had a beautiful earthy underlying balanced flavours of salt, pepper and olive oil.

🔴 Ravioli which was stuffed pasta with the filling of sweet potatoes and parmesan in a brown buttery sauce that enhanced the flavour of the ravioli.

🔴 Rigatoni All' Arrabbiata which is Rigatoni pasta beautifully cooked Al Dante in a combination of capers, olives, garlic and sun dried tomatoes.

🔴 Cippole E Funghi pizza had generous toppings of mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, mushroom, onions and grana padano cheese. The flavour combination absolutely worked for us and we ordered some tropical drinks to balance the flavours.

🔴 We ordered Fresh Lime Soda, Fab Limonata and Fresca as refreshers were top notch as it had cirtus flavours of strawberry, lemon, orange and basil to reduce the heaviness of the other meals.
