horrible arrogant behaviour by the steward Mr Raju (named by the team members unsure of his real name) and the bartender Mr Dilip as they were holistically irresponsible towards the attitude by which they were catering the guest.We ordered Manchow soup which was right in the beginning requested to be less on soya sauce,however when it reached to the table it was high on chilli sauce so much so that it was unacceptable to the pallete Hence asked to change. Second time when same was served we requested the chef to be called, to this, the steward ( young guy on 2nd floor so named as Raju) he arrogantly said that chef has left since it's 11 at night and since we are left with our meal it's better we just finish whatever is served and push off.We were shocked and zapped.Unacceptable behaviour and to my surprise everyone right from the bartender Mr Dilip to other stewards none were ready to stop this and on asking the guys name they were not ready to reveal it rather misbehave . With a heavy heart being myself in the service industry this came to be a shocking experience. Highly dissapointed.A big Zero from my end...if service cannot be delivered there is no point to serve the food...

The worst experience ever. Had been to this restaurant once and it would be my last visit ever to this place. Pathetic service. Nobody comes to you to take the orders. Had to call the waiters quite a number of times after which they finally obliged us by taking the orders. They took more than 50 mins to provide the starter. It was not something out of the way that we had ordered. For a simple Reshmi kebab and Tandoori Chicken they took so much time. Even they didn't bother to keep us posted as to why it was taking such a long time. Everytime we had to enquire about the order and they had the same verbiage "food is on it's way". I don't know if the chicken was cooking itself on it's own and making his way to our table on his own. At last I was fed up and decided to leave and then they put up a pity face and kept on saying that the ordered food needs to be taken by us otherwise it will go wasted. I didn't care and walked out. Would recommend people never to visit this restaurant again if they want quality food...

1 star only for the staff who served us. Limited alcohol during happy hours, no good starters menu, food was towards the expensive side, the other staff Mr. Banerjee was very rude, uncourteous and unprofessional. No manners to talk to guests with females and kids alongside. I asked to have some lights on as it was too dark to which they said that it was a bar so they could not have too many lights on. How funny. In the end, when the time came to pay my bill their card machine didn't work. I used 3 cards and none worked as their was some issue with their machine and ended paying cash which I had saved for any emergency use. I knew their card machine was faulty as I swiped it after 10 minutes on a roadside roll joint and it worked in one go. I would never go here again and would also...
