Time Machine in the Garden Galleria Mall, Sector 38, Noida was the chosen pub for an official get-together after the office hours on a weekend last month, July 2023. The location of the Garden Galleria Mall is excellent and one can get all types of transports here. However, if one tries to book an Ola or Uber, the search takes you to some other Time Machine branch in Bhangel, Sector 106, Noida and that's a problem for a first time visitor like me. The entrance to the mall is not very clearly & conspicuously marked and it's very easy to miss it, particularly if you are coming out of the underpass. The pub is located on the 3rd floor of the Mall and if one is a first timer like me, one will reach there with some assistance from the persons serving in the mall as navigational sinages are nearly non-existent in this mall. There are atleast ten other pubs on the same floor or on the floor below. At the entrance, one will have to fill out details like name, age, address and phone number. If it is a corporate party, one may have to identify one as a drinker or non-drinker. Once inside, the pub is spacious but small dance floor may not be to everyone's liking. Seating is comfortable and you get all types of seats like couch, chair, bar stool etc. The lights are jarring at times but otherwise pleasent to the eyes. The music is definitely not up to the mark and needs improvement. This place has limited menu of starters, main course and dessert. They serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods. #humiliating #disrespected #rude behaviour of staffs. I was surprised to know that, counter staff asked my brother was follow the dress code rules in the middle of dinner. They didn't checked the dress code while entryway and allowed us to 🍽 dinning. When my brother went out of the Time Machine (Nodia- Garden Galleria) for some urgent task and while he was re-entering, one of the fellow staff stopped him over the gate. Gave him reason that He is in slippers and not allowed inside and refused him to give entry even after explaining, that our other people are still having dinner. We have come out in the middle of the dinner due to this unexpected behaviour’s of management staff over the gate. Which was very surprising 😮. While I was coming to look what’s the matter, the person who was serving he dinner came running to me, asking for bill payment which was more humiliating and disrespected. We have treated very wrongly just because of the they own miss management. If they have mentioned it at the start, we would have made our own way at the different place, but asking someone to move out in the middle of dinner is not someone ‘s right’s.
