Little Seoul — Restaurant in Delhi

Service is pathetic. We had to keep on knocking on the kitchen door as the lady keep on disappearing. Did not bother to give plates and we were eating from the pot with spoon and after asking several times only she came and give plates and forgot one coffee when ordered 2. After we finish the dishes and waited for next meal the lady there did not bother to clean up the empty dishes to make space . We had to call her several time to come and take away the empty dishes to make space for other orders. Had to again knock on the door to ask for bottled water which she came and just put the bottle on the table and disappear again and had no decency to give glass. Is this not basic etiquette to give glass with water? She expects 4 people to drink from the bottle without any glass. And again forgot our last order for which we waited for 40 to 50 mins again after finishing other orders and when again we has to get her attention and ask about order it was clear she did not inform the kitchen about the order and just told him to make it at which point we ask them to just give us the bill. Food is okay but service is pathetic . The moment customer arrive we shouldn't have to flag them down several times just to get water or the menu especially when the place is empty and your group is the only people...

I have been a regular at this Korean restaurant for quite some time now and it has become my go-to spot for a peaceful and delicious meal. Worst service, the server didn’t gave us plates even after asking 3 times. He just kept counting cash so he can go home because like he said he is from north delhi and wanted to go home quickly, he left the cafe, there was no one to serve after that. We had knock on the kitchen door to get the rest food. We put cooked food with raw food because of no plates, no water or glass was given till the time we left.
