We visited Mamagoto Select Citywalk on 20.08.22 & are a very frequently visitor over there & other outlets of Mamagoto, till this day everything was perfect & this chain was one of our favourites. We entered the restaurant around 11 Pm & were welcomed nicely & placed our order for drinks & starters around 11:15 we were asked to give last order as it was going to close though the closing time is 12 ,(which was never told to us while we entered) we had hardly eaten our starters & main course was dumped on our table though still plenty of time was there this was bit of surprise but we told the server to wait or if they are in extreme hurry they may pack our stuff, which they immediately did & bought our bill despite we were still on our starters , the person who bought the bill by Mr Vijay who claimed to be the captain he was extremely rude & full of anger in his tone & behaviour to which when asked him to behave he categorically told to take whatever action we would like to take I insisted on calling up some senior but this person Mr Vijay left in a very ugly & rude manner, then I called up the mall security seeing this some gentleman Mr Sachin came from other outlet Sly Granny calming to be the Manager he was polite all other staff at Mamagoto was extremely cool & nice they all insisted Mr Vijay comes out and apologises but Mr Vijay was in a different mood after a lot of pursuance from all the staff & he came out and in very stiff tone said sorry , I am totally surprised this happen to us at Mamagoto how Azure Hospitality group can hire a person who is full on anger & rude that too in a hospitality industry . At the end all the staff was keen to waive my bill which I totally refused as my complain was against the rude behaviour of Mr Vijay & had to intention of getting the bill waived I am a very small customer & my not coming to Mamagoto may not make any difference to this company but such a rude staff full of anger I don’t have words to comment any...

Mamagoto is one of the most popular Pan-Asian restaurant chains in India, offering a vibrant and casual dining experience. With its playful decor, quirky wall art, and a lively atmosphere, Mamagoto is a great place to enjoy flavorful Asian street food-inspired dishes.

The menu is an exciting mix of Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and Southeast Asian cuisine, featuring a variety of dim sums, curries, noodles, and rice bowls. One of the highlights is their famous Street Style Dumplings, which are fresh, juicy, and packed with authentic flavors. The Bangkok Bowl, filled with aromatic curry and perfectly cooked rice, is another crowd favorite. Their Khow Suey, a Burmese-inspired coconut curry noodle dish, is rich, creamy, and full of comforting flavors.

Mamagoto also offers a range of refreshing beverages, including their signature coolers and bubble teas, which perfectly complement the spicy and umami-rich dishes. The Wasabi Mary, a unique take on a Bloody Mary, is a must-try for those who enjoy bold flavors.

The service is generally efficient, with friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the menu. While the prices are on the higher side, the portion sizes and quality of ingredients justify the cost. Whether you’re a fan of Asian cuisine or looking to explore new flavors, Mamagoto is an excellent choice for a fun and flavorful...

We started with the California sushi roll which was very different from the usual California roll as it did not have a crunchy texture at all. Couldn't really tell it was crab. The Ebi Tempura Prawn sushi was better with the crunchy texture. The taste for both was great.

The Char Siu Bao was far too sweet and overpowered the pork flavour within. Even copious amounts of chilli sauce didn't really help.

The Roasted Duck dimsums were slathered in sauce to the point that it might as well have been mystery meat. Even the texture didn't feel like a dimsums, more like a piece out of gravy.

The Lotus Stems were excellent and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The seasoning on them was perfect.

We ended with the Champion Fried Rice which consists of lamb, shrimp and chicken. The seasoning was quite subtle but the meat was almost separate from the rice. It did not seem as if they had been cooked together. But the taste was undeniably good.

The service was excellent and kudos to the staff for the same. We did not try any drinks.

All in all, an okay experience that we are not sure we would repeat. The dining public seemed to agree and the Yum Yum Cha opposite had more...

Mamagoto means a play with food. Something like adding a twist to a traditional Japanese, Chinese or Thai dish. This restaurant is another old favourite of ours. We've visited most of their outlets, but this one is nearer home. On a cosy weekday afternoon, it was wonderful, not only to have a quiet restaurant but also excellent service. My LIIT was great, being less sweet, just the way I'd requested it, for which I thanked the barman. Thankfully they have a liquor license We chose Rainbow Sushi, Honey Chicken and the Smoky BBQ Belgian Pork Belly bowl. Everything thing was delicious and were of normal portion siizes, not like the aristocratic (miniscule) portions served by most restaurants these days. Only one gripe, the sushi was dry. Hopefully we'll not have the same experience next time. After the hearty meal we were pleasantly surprised to be served caramel cake with a scoop of vanilla icecream and syrup, on the side. Compliments of the house! Much appreciated thank you.

Fraud. Tasteless food. More expensive than dining at a 3+ star hotel. Not worth the money at all. Ordered four items - sushi, hakka noodles, sattey, and a sweet corn soup for kid. The bill amount came above 2.7k+, including 10% service charge (which we were not aware) and 132 something for CGST. The quality of the noodles (Rs. 419 without service charge) was even worse than the roadside noodles. The sweet corn soup costs Rs. 459 (without 10% service charge), and the taste was horrible. Again, a Rs. 20 road side soup would taste much better. Message to the owner/team - stop looting customers. Be transparent about the service charge/rate. Look at the bill (attached) and see the disclaimer there - for the legal purpose. They know they are looting people with the hidden 10% service charge. I saw it when I reached home. LOOT!

Mamagoto serves East Asian food, ranging from Chinese dimsums and stir-fries to sushi, ramen, Thai and Malaysian curries, and so on: a very wide array of dishes. There is also a full bar, and some innovative Asian-themed drinks (including non-alcoholic ones) and desserts. We were here for lunch and ordered a rock shrimp tempura for starters, followed by a green bean-snow pea salad in a coconut dressing similar to a satay sauce. Along with that we ordered a stir-fried udon noodles with chicken (you can also order it as a vegetarian dish, or with prawn). The tempura and the noodles were very good; the salad was a little too sweet, but not awful. Good food, though let down a bit by inattentive service (despite us emphasizing that we wanted the salad served with the noodles, it was brought before the noodles).
