I recently had the pleasure of visiting the third wave coffee shop nestled beside a charming bookshop, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat.

The ambiance of the cafe, coupled with the proximity to a bookshop, made it an ideal spot for enjoying both coffee and reading. It felt like a cozy retreat where I could lose myself in a good book while sipping on a delicious brew.

I must commend the staff, especially Sanjay Singh, whose warm and friendly service elevated my experience. The coffee was served with precision and a genuine smile, which added an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit.

While my time at the cafe was delightful, I do have one small suggestion. It would be fantastic if the cafe could also offer bottled water alongside their exquisite coffee selection. This addition would ensure that customers have everything they need for a truly satisfying visit.

We haVe been a regular visitor to their different outlets and visited this one in saket for the first time. It was 11.00 and we ordered caramel frappe, truffle chocolate slice and baked chilly cheese toast.

The order was served at 11.50 that too with a BAD ATTITUDE from the female service personal. The coffee as shown in the picture was not good, the breads were very hard to chew though they changed it, still not as per the standard, the slice of cake was also not warmed properly. When asked the reason for such delay and bad service, reply was order are in waiting and too much rush though it was 30% occupancy. Felt disappointed. I could also see another table next to me being served incorrect orders, the staff 3 members looked little lost and the female server grumbling to other 2 male members and was rude to me when I asked status of my order.

A recommendation the management of third wave to look into the staff at this outlet.
