My Yellow Plate recommended this place on their blog for Mutton Keema , so I checked it out. There is no dish like Mutton Keema , the Keema they serve is Buff Keema ( it's mixed with Potato , not upto the mark) I had Mutton Korma , which was tasty and lip smacking , it is good to have there. It was delicious. Completely Satisfied. Dal was averagely ok. Buff nihari and Buff Biryani was also average , not so special. Buff nihari was a bit more tasty. Other people enjoyed Chicken Malai Tikka , looked delicious. They have fried leg peice chicken but didn't look that great. Rotis were good ,perfectly Mughlai khameer tandoor , only 2 rotis made me full (always I avoid eating those mughlai tandoors so I can enjoy my meat ,but still I had 2 because they're always tasty )
Average Place with dirty tables and looks! Good for Mutton Korma and tandoori...
Read moreMy experience is overall 4/5 as this place is behind the qutub minar and you must try it once as they serve nihari which is far better than other places I have tried till now in Delhi.
Specialties you must try here: starting with Chicken Tikka have a nihari with khameeri Roti which makes you feel good about it.
They can pack also and you can serve at your home also. The taste doesn't fade for 1 day if you put nihari in the fridge. Next day you can make it hot and have it in your dinner or breakfast if you're a non veg lover as me❤️
Parking issues are here but you can walk to bhool bhulaiya and ask autos for the metro rides. 20rs per person for auto and 150 at Max per person for your dinner. Go with your special ones but ambience you may not feel good as an aesthetic cuisine type. But you will love some old...
Read moreWent around 9pm. Lively place. Lots of people. There are other shops outside too selling shami kebab, fish tikka, rolls etc. We ordered the nalli nihari, chicken changezi and chicken lollipop
The nalli nihari was amazing. So good! Boti was tender. The gravy was perfectly spiced. Roti was crisp and soft.
But the changezi was disappointing. It's fine, but it's not really tasting like changezi. They add butter I think ans that's all you can taste in the gravy.
Chicken lollipop are ok. It's just fried chicken and the batter I liked but my friends did not. The oil used also didnt seem like the best quality.
Worth going for the nihari though. And maybe next time I'll try the dal gosht and chole and bheja and kaleji. Interesting place near...
