Not really sure about the positive reviews for this place, but I visited them this evening, and hands down the owner or whoever the person sitting at the counter, was extremely rude. As a non resident, we politely asked him what is the best that this place serves, out of the menu that they have. He was extremely rude and told us that the menu is above and to order whatever we want. We have visited and asked the same question to some other not so crowded places too in Chandni Chowk, and people have been very humble in suggesting us or telling us that everything is good and we should try their bestsellers. The boy sitting at shop has no manners. He is highly arrogant. He hide paytm scanner and told me that online payment not working. He asked for cash. 1 gave 500 for 5 plate kachori. He asked me to give 250 change only. I had no change. Then my father said he has online payments scanner. When we questioned him, he gave me paytm QR. I asked him why you didn’t give it earlier, he responded in a very rude manner “Bola toh ruk ruk kr chal raha hai online payment”. I did phonepe in just 2 secs.

He was lying. Why would a shopkeeper do that with his customers? Would never lie, I liked aloo kachori taste but this boy’s behaviour was disrespectful. If he is owner he must learn how to speak and open his mouth. If he is a servant, owner must...

A big NO for this place,not only for poor and below average taste or unhygienic surrounding but also because the boy who sits there has no manners to speak or treat the customers. I found a strand of hair in my plate and went to him very peacefully just to inform him to be more careful but the response i got was shocking,he replied that it keeps happening we are serving in open and it is bound to happen,instead of being apologetic he was showing attitude.Now if this is the condition when served open in public,imagine how and what would be there preparation methods.
