The Great Kabab Factory - MGF Metropolitan Mall Saket — Restaurant in Delhi

While most of the saket, metropolitan mall remains deserted, the only eatery which keeps it buzzing is the Great Kebab Factory at the first floor of the mall. The reason is simple, the food and the service is outstanding. The specialty Indian restaurant here operated by the Radisson group of hotels has been my favorite over the years. It serves an array of kebabs, biryanis, gravied dishes, assorted Indian breads and desserts in a fixed menu and hands down the food experience is superb

The non vegetarian menu is priced at 1299/ all inclusive and the vegetarian menu is 1099/- . I and my foodie friend both opted to enjoy their non vegetarian menu which starts off with a starter round. The first one was the robust and delicious GALOUTI KEBAB with ULTA TAWA KA PARANTHA, followed with the CHICKEN FRY and AMRITSARI FISH. The best starter was the MUTTON CHAPLI KEBAB, flattened mutton steak, just melted in the mouth leaving a burst of flavors. Also loved the soft, succulent and mildly flavored MURGH MALAI TIKKA. In the mains we were served the creamy FACTORY DAL and KADHAI PANEER in the veg and spicy, MURGH LABABDAR and MUTTON ROGAN JOSH, with a round of LACHA PARANTHA, GARLIC NAAN and crisp TANDOORI ROTI. The MURGH DUM BIRYANI with BURANI RAITA was the last dish of the main course. The huge variety of the sinful desserts could not have been a better ending to the meal. We were served portions of SHAHI TUKDA, GULAB JAMUN, KESARI PHIRNI, and PAAN ICE CREAM. We left the place with a bite of MEETHA PAAN placed at the entrance with a tummy full and a smiling face.

The Great Kabab Factory is located in Metropolitan mall( saket select mall) first floor. Ambience is good and decent sitting arrangement though it doesn't has huge area but sufficient for family or friends get together of 10 to 20 people there.

It's is purely four course buffet here lunch price on 799+taxes and dinner 1199+taxes. My personal experience as I hadbeen there more then 6 to 7 times, they do discount on price if you insist them for same. 999+ taxes for 3 people what I got on my last visit. Manager is very cooperative and resporicate regular client.

Now in term of food They serve 4 kind of Kebab but Toonday kebabi is mouth melting texture and delicious taste with partha or without.

Masala grill Prawn is show stopper of dine. this something I love about The great kabab factory.

Two varity in grill or fry Chicken and mutton. chicken tangdi has medium crispy coating but soft flesh tender meat inside so as mutton burra.

Roghan chooza ( Gravy) is something you like it with Laccha partha or Naan.

They have good range for veggitarien butter panner, grill panner Soya chaap and lots of more.

Daal- they serve 3 varity in daal . Malka Masoor is best in daal what I had been ever.

Briyani- they serve lamb and chicken Briyani which is again delicious and spices is balance.

last but not least dessert 9 variety at a time including 3 kind of ice cream flaovor- pan, vanilla and chocolate or sometime strawberry, Phirni, gulabjamun, Shahi tukda ( my favourite) and rabri.

In drink they serve in buffet Chach or shikangi. yes alcoholic beverage is there on extra rate.

3300 rs . for two - dinner 2100 rs. for two- lunch...

As you guys know the great kebab factory name is from more than a decade starting from there first out let in Radisson hotel this outlet chain become so popular now u can find in every city almost but today I came here for lunch in saket outlet .

As u enter u find dark blue n Brown interior but one plus point of this outlet is they had one side complete ample lighting in the restaurant from a glass out side the other side of a wall side

Now about food n drinks mocktails I don't like at all over sweet so I don't like much at all but I cover up by virgin mohito but tht also I find ok ok

As in food starters I tried there first dish galouti kebab soft n melted in mouth no change in there dishes same quality focus maintain from decade n worth eating seriously

After galouti got chicken breast piece but tht one awesome n juicy n then I had mutton sekh then I had broccoli then fish amritsari n better but fish tikka is much better than amritsari fish but secondly one thing I don't like here sorry to say dahi ke kebab over cooked n dark in colour rather than soft golden colour n less stuffed then a normal dahi kebab i tried many places so seriously sorry but I told the reality then we had a main dishes Main there all time fav daal makani then raita n saag chicken along with breads i had laccha parantha

Desert I had gulab jamun n paan flavour icecream tht I love it seriously awesome but I had 2 hehe

Over all experience is gud food experience from snacks...
