I give one star not because the food is tasteless and the staffs are not polite. Of course they are good. I give only one star because I had a bite on the burger this morning that has burned my taste buds at my tongue tip and under side of the tongue. I write this review because this area is now swollen and painful after a few hours.
When the incident happened, I had a conversation as below with the staff on the floor. It was around 11 O clock morning 23.09.2023.
Me: "Why did not you warned me that there is a boiled ingredient stuffed into the burger, that is extra hot and I must be careful."
Staff: The ordered burger is cooked in that way. Or that is the way is has to be cooked.
Me: it is OK. But why didn't you warn me that I should not bite is straight away, so that the hazardous ingredient inside the burger can float into my mouth and burn my tongue tip and the under side, you seem. (I opened my mouth and showed her just to witness and examine. She was surprised to see that my mouth turned to red)
Staff: Sir, is this the first time you have Mc Donalds? We make it this way.
Me: oh, you talk about the reason behind the incident. But I talk about the bitter experience I am going through. I was in the middle east and I was a regular customer of Mc D. This item is first time. I keep a collection of toys I got with the Kids Meals. I have two lads, Hamaadi - 8 years old and Emaad -5 years old. Thank God, Hamaadi did not bite on my meal at first. (We were very hungry at that time.)
Staff: "May be it is because you are first to it."
I did not reply to it. Because I was in a panic. The pain were getting intense and I feel numbness at the tongue tip. Also, the staff should not put this as a reason. It is very usual that a customer may try a new item, just to try.
Meanwhile she helped me with some cold water. And her face looked like: ' I am very much sorry about this'.
Staff: "How can I compensate you?"
Me: "It is not about the compensation. I complain this just for the customers to come in the future. If I was not hurt badly I would not have complained to you. All I need is to make sure that, when you serve this meal, warn about the Hazard in it."
Later, I found a sentence on the served meal box that says: " Caution Hot!". I did not notice this before, as it is on a corner of the box and in small letters, as well as I was very hungry. Even if I notice, the word 'Hot' has an another meaning when on a food box.
In this late night I put this long review for the other customers. I wish no one should hurt from Mc.D. And I wish somebody from Mc.D would read this review and make a change. Till then I will give you...
Read moreI had the absolute misfortune of visiting this McDonald’s with my wife’s relatives, most of whom were children. We placed a straightforward order: 3 McChicken Burgers, 1 Maharaja Mac Meal (Medium), 9-piece Chicken Nuggets, 1 Coke Float, 1 Large Cola, and 2 McCrispy Chicken Burgers. What followed was nothing short of a complete disaster.
First, we found a human hair in one of the McCrispy Chicken Burgers—disgusting and inexcusable. They replaced it quickly, but that did nothing to fix the bigger problem: every single burger was a complete mess. The so-called burgers were barely held together, overloaded with chopped lettuce instead of actual ingredients, and tasted terrible. The nuggets? Absolutely awful.
To make matters worse, the children in our group became sick after eating this garbage. The only remotely decent thing about this experience? They gave us plenty of ketchup—because apparently, that’s the only thing they can get right.
And let’s talk about the sheer incompetence of this place: it took them 50 minutes to prepare this disaster of a meal. For what? For us to receive food that was not just poorly made but potentially hazardous? If this is the best they can do, they should shut down their pathetic excuse for a restaurant. This place is an embarrassment to the McDonald’s name. Avoid it...
Read moreI had a very frustrating experience at McDonald’s Lulu Kochi. I accidentally ordered a cold drink instead of a hot drink and politely asked if it was possible to change it. Despite my request, the drink was not changed. Initially, the staff said it couldn’t be done. Then they said they would check with a colleague, which led to a long chain of discussions among staff members. I was left running back and forth between them, only for them to finally confirm it couldn’t be changed—a decision they could have communicated upfront to avoid wasting my time.
I then ordered a hot chocolate, which took an excessively long time to arrive. Even after the delay, when a staff member came to check if everything was okay, I had to point out that I still hadn’t received my drink. Additionally, I asked for napkins, and they assured me they would bring them straight away. However, after waiting for 15 minutes, they still didn’t bring anything.
This level of unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and disorganized service was incredibly frustrating. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Very...
