Disappointing Experience – Poor Hygiene and Bad Customer Service

I visited this juice shop expecting a refreshing experience, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. The hygiene standards were appalling—the staff didn't seem to follow proper sanitation practices. The utensils and juicing area appeared dirty, which was extremely concerning for a place that serves fresh juice.

On top of that, the way the staff treated customers was unacceptable. They were rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in addressing any concerns. I felt rushed, and my questions about the menu were met with impatience. It's disheartening when customer service lacks basic politeness.

Worst place ever don't go there for tea, coffee or any snacks . From dirty water they are making tea and all staffs without careless and also juice don't buy any drinks. There are full of rats and cockroach roaming here and there and also flies fully dirty place. Stay away. I can just say that stay away from this place if you value time and money. I was here on a Sunday so the crowd is justified. But what they lack here is a system. The price is higher considering the quality. You place an order and just hope they will tell you when the order is ready. You have to keep checking in with them to see if your order is ready.
