Al Zargham Non Veg Restaurant in Margao, Goa, is truly a hidden gem that promises an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment I stepped through its doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an ambiance that exuded the rich cultural heritage of Indian cuisine.

The star of the show, undoubtedly, is their biryani and mandi dishes. Al Zargham's biryani is a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavors that dance on your taste buds. The rice is perfectly cooked, each grain separate and infused with aromatic spices. Whether you choose the fragrant vegetable biryani or the succulent chicken or mutton biryani, each variant is a symphony of flavors.

What sets Al Zargham apart is their commitment to authenticity. The use of traditional cooking methods and high-quality ingredients shines through in every dish. The mandi, a fragrant rice and meat dish, is another standout. The tender meat and fragrant rice, cooked to perfection, make for a hearty and satisfying meal.

The restaurant's ambiance is equally impressive. It combines a rustic charm with modern comfort, making it an ideal place for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings. The attentive staff adds to the overall experience, ensuring you feel right at home.

Aside from the biryani and mandi, Al Zargham offers a diverse menu with a variety of Indian dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The menu also includes delectable appetizers, flavorful curries, and a wide range of desserts to satisfy your sweet cravings.

In summary, Al Zargham Biryani Mandi Restaurant is a culinary treasure in the heart of Margao, Goa. It not only offers some of the most mouthwatering biryani and mandi dishes but also provides a dining experience that celebrates the rich heritage of Indian cuisine. Whether you're a local resident or a visitor to Goa, a visit to Al Zargham is a must for any food enthusiast. Your taste buds...

Proper Mughlai and Arabian cuisine has finally arrived in Margao, all thanks to Al-Zargham!

Firstly, this place ticks all the boxes when it comes to ambiance and the overall atmosphere. Multiple seating options are available, including a private cabin as well, in addition to the regular seats. Families will definitely enjoy this place for any special occasion.

Coming to the main attraction i.e. the food. We decided to taste the in-house specialties, and there couldn't have been a better decision.

Chicken Burrah - My personal favourite, no need to travel to North India anymore, these guys are killing the burrah game right here in Margao! What makes it better is that it can even be eaten with Roti or other accompaniments, despite being a bomb starter.

Oly Chicken - Another bestseller, a really unique dish, seems like Italy married China or some kind of fusion, but really good stuff nevertheless.

Apple Lollypop- A really tangy and desi touch to the regular lollipop, this one should not be missed.

To sum it up, it hit all the right spots, definitely coming back here to try the main course items and other specialties.

The buzz in town is that they have started Mandi as well , hence becoming the pioneers for Mandi in Margao. Cannot wait to dig into that.

Apart from the food, what made the experience even better was the hospitality and friendliness of the owners. They are really passionate about what they do, and also open to feedback and criticism that would help them.

Keep growing...

I had a great time at Al Zargam Family Restaurant! The first time i entered the mini hotel I just fell in love with the wall decoration that made the atmosphere look unique. The establishment was very well decorated and great thought was made in ensuring that comfort together with creativity were used in the process of creating a memorable dining theme.

This also applied the same case with the service being offered by the restaurant. Employees also met the high expectation with their politeness and friendliness respecting aged people. I didn’t even feel like I had to ask for things – they made sure our comfort was a priority. Both of them where extremely friendly, polite and this added to the friendliness of the smile and professionalism which enhanced the experience.

The quality of food was amazing, every single food was cooked to taste. The taste was great and had nice and true to form seasonings applied by a chef that knew what they were doing. From the analysis of the current study it is evident that quality and customer satisfaction is of paramount importance at Al Zargam.

All in all, Al Zargam Family Restaurant is a superb eatery and a definite must visit place for you to get delicious foods served to you by very courteous staff in a well designed restaurant. In fact it does not really matter whether you’re with your family or friends because this place has a lot to offer and you would definitely find yourself wishing that you can come back again. Highly...

My recent visit here was an eagerly anticipated affair, with the restaurant's legendary Mandi topping the list of must-try dishes. While the ambiance was charming and the service commendable, the biryani itself was a letdown. Flavor & Texture: The mandi, which had garnered significant hype, didn't live up to its reputation. It lacked the anticipated explosion of flavors that make biryani a beloved dish. Surprisingly bland, it lacked the aromatic spices that define a great biryani. Worse still, it was disappointingly dry, leaving us wondering if it had sat out for too long. Portion & Price: On the upside, the portion size was generous, ensuring no one went hungry. However, the high prices felt unjustified given the mandis lackluster quality. It was a costly letdown. In conclusion, it boasts a charming ambiance and attentive service, but its mandi does not deserve the acclaim it receives. For those seeking an extraordinary biryani experience, disappointment may be in store. I would recommend exploring other dining options in town for a more flavorful and satisfying meal. On a brighter note, for vegetarian enthusiasts, the Paneer Tikka is a standout option. The paneer was expertly marinated and grilled, offering a delectable balance of spices that tantalized our taste buds. And even the CHEESE GARLIC NAAN is a must try along with HONKONG CHICKEN

I recently dined at Al Zargham, and I must say it was an exceptional experience, especially for Mughal cuisine enthusiasts like me. I ordered the Chicken Peshawari, and it was nothing short of authentic—bursting with traditional flavors that transported me straight to the streets of Peshawar. The tandoori roti, made surprisingly with whole wheat flour, added a wholesome touch and complemented the dish perfectly. The highlight for me was the mutton mandi. The mutton was cooked delicately to perfection, juicy and tender, with an aromatic flavor profile enhanced by dry fruits roasted in ghee. It was a delightful balance of richness and subtlety. To end the meal on a sweet note, I tried their firni, which was creamy, mildly sweet, and the perfect way to conclude such a royal feast. While the restaurant has mild cutlery made of fiber, it more than compensates for this minor flaw with its incredible flavors and high-quality dishes. Overall, Al Zargham stands out as one of the finest Mughal cuisine restaurants I've visited. The attention to detail in their cooking and the authenticity of flavors make it a must-visit for anyone craving a true culinary experience. Highly recommended!
