One of the worst customer handling from Cakes for you. #1. I was ordering cake for a birthday celebration in which I included a birthday crown with my order and they sent me a birthday cap, when asked they said nothing can be done what's happened is happened. Really pathetic of them as I had already paid money for the crown and cap was very cheap compared to that and if I order for a crown I need crown not cap, there is no justification for that and when I was complaining they were just passing the phone to on another and had no interest regarding the issue also at the end directly cut the call and avoided further calls from my side. #2. First all of all guys I need to warn you about the fraud practices of Cake for you at Dlf phase , gurugram haryana.First, they sent me a cake I didn't even order! After multiple arguments, they replaced the cake, but the new one was spoiled and had a terrible smell. When I ate it, I got food poisoning!

If you're treating your customers like this, how do you expect to succeed? This is a reckless and irresponsible business practice....
