Disgusting attitude of the shop managers. They just argue endlessly without any logic. No customer service ethics, no nothing. Train your shop staff to behave to the normal levels of decency pls. Their job is not just to sit there, fill the scoops & do the billing. There is something called customer handling, a concept little known to them. This is the second time such a thing is happening & with the same guy.

I ordered a 'Create your own Sunday' through Zomato. Placed the order at 10:59pm & the order reached me at 11:55pm. I stay just approx 2kms from the outlet, a 10mins drive.The ice-cream was melted to water. Top of that whatever toppings we chose were missing. When notified, the shop manager says this is what it is & he is not responsible for whatever happened. He rather suggests me to have it tomorrow instead. A Least bothered attitude. Negative review for gianis operater Prashant - no sense to talk to clients , zero customer satisfaction level we had 2 hot chocolate fudge ( large ) , one Butterscotch ice cream in the cup from super Mart 4, right now ,attached the bill photo and fudge to clarify the time and date and either the nuts or the chocolate sauce taste stale , i called up the operater paresh and told him about it, he being so cold and rude , saying we have sold so many of them since morning, do whatever u want to , i can't do anything, mr.anand singh , such bad quality items everyone tells me your quality has gone worse , experienced it myself today , I used to love the HCF here since decades been eating the same thing , now no more , you just lost a loyal customer, never eating now.
