Oriental Fusion — Restaurant in Gurugram District

This time of the year... The temperature starts to drop, the days and nights get cooler each passing day and with it, so does your throat!!! What's better than a nice bowl of hot and sour soup to heal it? So we decided to have some at Oriental Fusion paired with some momos and a chicken dragon roll.

The veg Hot and Sour Soup was amazing and I think it's just what the doctor would've advised to clear your throat and nose in case it was blocked. The quantity was so much that a shared soup between two was overwhelming.

The Chicken Momos were very nice although, the sauces could've been better. One of them tasted like ketchup which was off and odd at the same time. I mean momos and ketchup...???

The Dragon roll however was a welcome taste, nice and hot, not too spicy, not exactly mild either. Very well balanced and very fresh feel to it. I still have the taste in my mouth a couple of hours later.

Overall rating though would be a 3/5 for the place. Food rating: 4/5 Location rating: 2/5 because there were just too many darned mosquitoes. I recommend that you take away. Food Preparation time: 3/5 I mean you expect food served within about 10-12 mins but it took up to 20mins which when you're sitting in the middle of the complex seems kinda silly.

Oriental Fusion is one of my favourite place when I wish to have authentic chinese at my doorstep. Last night for dinner, I ordered a few of my favourite dishes from Oriental Fusion.

1. VEGETABLE MANCHURIAN

This place serves one of the best manchurian. The quantity is sufficient and good. The manchurian balls were fried nicely and the gravy had evident garlic flavour in it. Perfect to go with a spicy bowl of noodles.

2. CHILLI GARLIC NOODLES

Chilli garlic noodles were absolutely delicious. They were cooked with great flavours and tossed with half cokked veggies! Delicios.

3. AMERICAN VEG CHOUPSEY

The chopsuey was delectable. The fried noodles were packed in a separate container and the vegetable curry in another box. The curry had loads and loads of vegetables and its flavour was totally lip smacking.

The portion size of the delivered dishes were satisfactory and the food quality standards were high. This is one of my most prompt choice when I think of ordering authentic...

We had the tom yum soup with chicken, it was brilliant. Just the right kind of tangy and the appropriate amount of spice. Next up was having the Som Tum salad. It's a Thai raw papaya salad with spices and topped with peanuts. It was brilliant as well. They kept it medium spicy upon request which was good. Next we had the meal bowl with Phanaeng curry and fried rice. Now the thing is I have a mixed opinion on this. The panang Thai curry I've always had has a mango flavor in it. It's tangy and lovely. This was different as there was only a coconut based flavour in the curry. Although it was brilliant as well, but it was not what I've had before. According to Google, panang curry doesn't need to have mango so they're not absolutely wrong ☺️

Loved the service, although a bit slow, it was efficient. And IT WAS VALUE FOR MONEY! WOW!
