This is what we we get in Red valvet a huge layer of cream only . Mr. Malhotra promised us to serve a proper red valvet cake as it was my niece birthday but i got only cream cake which taste like mud . Red colour will remain for whole day in hand after i touch it. My pet didn't like it too . Excuse given by them for not serving proper cake as they promised is that our chef is on the leave . If your chef is on leave why did you makes fake promises why you ruined our function . You guys are cheater .. i am very disappointed with you . I will never recommend you to any one .

Place is well presented, and there is a good variety of food - cakes, ice cream, pastries, bakes and fried food. Space to sit upstairs is bright and the sun comes through if it's a nice day. 5 star rating is purely because of the Aloo Paty. For 30rp it was very tasty, a fair price and the puff pastry was just outstanding. I'll definitely be back for another, I think I just fell in love haha Look forward to coming again for cakes, ice cream and other bakery items. Will review again to ensure rating is fair based on existing varying reviews.

Hygiene is maintained and has good ambiance too. It's a self service place and after ordering we need to take our food with us upstairs. The space available upstairs is not that large and that is the only criticism from my side. students and tourits make this a lovely place to eat.

I took cake from them after asking 100 times that it is fresh or not and manager there told me that it is totally fresh and after that when i took that whole cake at my home the cake was stinking and sour in taste and my whole party got ruined , after that when i called them and told them that this is the issue with this cake they told me that next time we will provide u a cake from their own but when i called them when i needed the cake the manager over there misbehaved with me and told me we will not give u any cake , we don't know with whom u have talked or not and if ur cake was stinking u can send that back and after that stop picking my call.

Will never suggest anyone to become there customer and trust them at all. Selling stinking, unhygienic and unfreshed food due to which great mishap canntake place with the health. JUST MAKING FOOL OF PEOPLE BY DECORATING THE...

I recently visited Cakemasters Bakery on Mall Road, Shimla, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I purchased Black Forest pastries priced at ₹120 each, but what I received was nothing short of a letdown – there was barely any cake, just layers of cream. The taste was bland and absolutely not worth the price.

To add to the frustration, the staff refused to accept card payments, insisting on UPI, which is highly inconvenient in today’s time. The service felt indifferent and unwelcoming.

Overall, the products are overpriced, tasteless, and lack quality, and the poor service only made it worse. Definitely not a place I would recommend if you’re looking for good pastries or a pleasant bakery...
