They have two outlets here opposite to each other on the same road. One adjacent to Jimmy's Bakery is pure vegetarian with its own kitchen. Food is good and decently priced. Thukpa, Paneer curry, Garlic Naan, Butter Roti, Manchuria, Gulab Jamun were all tasty. Cheese Garlic Naan could improve. Dal Makhani and Fried Rice were average. They have six tables in total with capacity of six on each, so table is occupied even if a couple is sitting making it difficult to get a table. Out of these six tables, three are on the porch and are better. There is no washroom. Service is a bit slow.

Even some were not warmed enough, so it was kind of cool... After finishing the meal, I felt my stomach not easy. It is a pity, even the chef cooks so well, due to their insincerity, laziness, I don't want to visit this again.

The outdoor seating in a covered corridor looks directly on to McLeodganj Square and the start of the TIPA Road. It's a great place to hang out during the season if you like spicy food on a budget.

I was visiting Dharamshala from the United States for a hiking trip. We went to eat dinner at Hungry Bird's at the recommendation of our driver.

We ordered Saag Paneer, Roti and Daal-Khichdi. The food was very tasty and made fresh. We were excited to find a restaurant that served food that tasted like home-cooked meals. It was not greasy or oily which was a added bonus.

Our server, Pankaj was very kind and sweet. He treated us well and was polite and friendly.

If I visit Dharamshala again, this will be my go-to place for some tasty home-cooked meals. Truly, a...

Hungry Birds Restaurant exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The menu offered a great variety of veg options, and every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presen.
