The Hollywood Cafe (THC) — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

So I am going to give a detailed review Ordered Pasta in red sauces it was ready made bottled sauce mixed with pasta and with no veggies Ordered veg crispy could only taste soya sauce and corn flor extremely bad Ordered for garlic bread with mush room and cheese - bread was sweet and garnish on the top was cabbage. Never experienced in my life before Orders for pepperoni pizza got chicken pizza so sent it back Ordered for chicken lollipop was over fired and then tossed in BBQ sauce - why ? Ordered for chicken chilli - did not find a single chilli in it the chicken was chewy and there was no taste in it. All in all this is the worst place to visit Also my wife gave the feed back on the food not one person reacted after which we forgot out daughter’s cap so my wife went back up and they were laughing on the feed back we shared. By the way on a Saturday evening we were the only table in the restaurant Now I know the reason with bad food and service no one would visit the place The restaurant next door was full that’s the only reason we went in Congratulations...

So I visited this cafe with a friend few days ago 1 ) The Waiter doesn't know what a dish written on the menu contains and what Items come with the particular option. Example - Veg Platter - waiter goes I'll have to go and check . Goes and comes back 20 mins later, that too without the drinks that I ordered 30 mins earlier or so.

2. Ordered Thenthuk Noodles - Supposed to be prepared with Flat handpulled noodles - The noodles that we get are normal chowmin noodles with broth.
3. My Friend ordered a Malai Paneer Tikka - These people don't know high on what kind of weed serve Chicken Tikka instead , My friend is a pure vegetarian and in this case realized it was chicken after having a bite. He Went on to literally vomit afterwards and didn't eat anything that day. Bad Service. Worst quality food. These people think that we will serve anything and customer will take it. Really High or drunk staff , that too in...

Worst experience... We went there for dinner.. When we took chair n about to sit the chair handle fell down.. The hotel person started putting allegation on us and making pressure in us to pay the charges for chair. l, their behavior was so rude... When we asked to check in the CCTV footage that whether we broke or it was already broken.. First they started checking their cctv but when they dint find anything they asked their staff to asked us yo go... These people are making way to earn money only. If we dint asked for the cctv footage then they could do anything with us. Moral of the story is hotel m bethne s pehle chair check kar lena..nhi to agar aap bethe n chair m kuch bhi hua to ye wasooli...
