The Pastry Den — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

There was no option of zero star otherwise I would have given 0 ratings to them! The staff is extremely rude. They don't know how to talk to their customers, specially to female customers. Their card machine was not working but they blamed our card had some issues. The worst thing was while we were trying our card again, the staff told us "humaari machine toh thk h aap apna Dekho nhi toh esa na ho bartan dhone pdh jaye" which was so humiliating, how could he say that to a customer? And obviously to defend themselves they will definitely say it was us asking for discounts and stuff and we are just making all this up but I don't understand what "local customer" discount will i ask for a Rs.60 ice cream? I might have let it go but a comment like "bartan dhone padh jaaye" is something that simply...

The guy in their second shop (the one in the street) has no mannerism of how to talk to a customer, keeps on bragging about how populatr their shop is. It was the only shop opened towards mjdnight and I wanted to have something sweet for my birthday and the owner was constatntly judging me for buying a banoffee pie instead of a cake for my birthday. It is my decision of buying whatever I want and that too the pie sucked and I had to bin it. Next day I had a similiar pie from somewhere else which was indefinitely better...

Don't know how we landed to this worst shop while searching for some good dessert. While tried a lot of food shops and cafes but this one was the worst of all never ever to visit this again. First of all they mentioned theirs is a pure veg shop and we tried chocolate truffle pastry and another chocolate layered pastry which smelt and tasted both rubbish. None of the products has a veg symbol and neither the shop has written veg any where. They purposely don't accept any card or gpay but only cash. Rude and...
