I recently visited a Dunkin' Donuts outlet and had a mixed experience. While the donuts were delicious, the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sit and enjoy my purchase. The donuts were fresh and flavorful, with a variety of options to choose from. The air conditioning was not working, making the environment unbearably hot and humid. Due to the heat, I couldn't sit for more than a few minutes, which limited my ability to fully enjoy my purchase.

After dinner our sweet tooth started craving and then we decided to go for a quick bite of doughnut and hot chocolate. The ambiance is good and the wall decor is impressive. The place is spacious and being a part of the mall they have valet parking so no issue with parking or being crowded. the staff took the order and immediately served the same. The doughnut presentation looks tempting especially to kids. They have an offer of 1 doughnut free with 5 doughnut purchase. The place is not very costly and good for a quick bite for a sweet tooth. The donuts were unusually dry and lacked the freshness typically associated with Dunkin’ Donuts. The counter area felt cold and uninviting, not reflective of the brand’s usual welcoming atmosphere.

There also seemed to be a lack of training or product knowledge. When I asked a basic question regarding the ingredient or floor used in the donut preparation, the staff was unsure and had to call the manager.
