Not so pleasing staff, insists for tips to draw it from our cards when we offer them to pay by our cards. Most annyoing thing what i observed here is, the staff also booze and start showing their true colours reluctantly by denying your request and orders, they keep act like if they were not listened to your call when u r in need of something.

If you’re decent and dont want to get a headache better avoid this place! One short fellow namely mallesh is the worst and doesn’t know how to respect their customers but taking advantage of our booze he use to start a conversation with us and then after having some alcohol himself, he starts threatining us that he is a short goon and very tempered if you don’t pay sufficient tips for him or his asked pegs.

Such a shameful people! I often have these parties with my colleagues, we celebrate often but these buggers ruin our mood and happiness with unwanted involvement and unnecessary conversations! Eagle Bar is located on the cross road of Lakdi-Ka-Pool and is a nice place for couple of drinks and nice starters. The bearers need to learn customer service though. They are ill informed, less trained unprofessional men that do not understand what customer service is. Upon being confronted they start to behave properly, else most of the time they are arrogant. It's a multifloor bar that serves liquor to all types of customers from less affordable ones to highly affluent ones at each floor. Cricket is projected on big screen on the fourth floor. I often visit this place for friends gathering once in every week, service is utmost the best, food quality and taste are decent. some times able to manage parking but mostly have to spend about 5 to 7 mins to get a slot and manage from the cellar.
