Haldiram's — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I went to a GVK mall with my family to visit Hyderabad im from Nagpur, I saw Haldirams in the food court, the restaurant of my friend Neeraj Agarwal, I ordering to stand in line and only 2 guests were there, It took 15 minutes to take the order and I said madam please quick its considering it is too late to take the order and she talked to me and said that it will take time to take the order so you have to take food from another place then I have been insulted in front of my family.
