Cafe Graffiti — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Disappointed. This was the first cafe I've ever visited in Hyderabad back in 2014 when it was new. Back then the food offered was exceptional especially the meat burger and sadly with time instead of evolving it is the same or rather came down. Back then the market was new and what cafe graffiti was getting to the table was fresh. But now when we visit the competitor café.. They offer wide variety of cafe items including salads as in caeser salad. Washrooms aren't well maintained.. They have two but both are Indian.. I feel the owner isn't interested in improving the service now that they're old and got few old clientele. Even their pasta isn't upto the mark now. There is a room for whole lot of improvement with regards to food variety, ambience improvement, washroom maintenence as well as serving the current menu with much better quality and taste... The charges are the same as they used to charge back in 2014... Serve better.. Charge more! Simple. Also parking is...

Amazing food and wonderful management & service. I and my mother just had some delicious food there- the Arabian options (both veg and non veg) are delectable! The people running this cafe were so lovely and receptive, making sure we were comfortable and happy with the service. The food portions were HUGE as well and the menu is very reasonably priced.

One small suggestion to the management- we would recommend 1 or 2 enclosed spaces to be integrated into the cafe as some Muslim women seemed to be uncomfortable with the presence of other men there, and their family also requested that I and my mother move further away (they were very cordial with their request though, so we didn’t have any issue with this at all. We were just concerned for their comfort- so enclosed spaces for such customers might be a good idea to ensure...

A quick coffee was the idea on the back from our son's school. We ordered iced latte thinking it'll freshen us up a bit. One vanilla and the other was hazelnut. Both the drinks were having an inch of syrup at the bottom , it wasn't mixed at all, ice cubes were the only ingredient we could primarily taste.

Upon questioning, we were told, ice to lagega na sahab, so it was mostly ice water with a slight flavor of vanilla and coffee.

Seating was the next highlight, stained and sticky.

Whatever we had, wasn't latte...

I was asked if I needed the bill, i remained quiet. I was just given this receipt .

I'm writing this review after 3 hours of consuming the latte and now my tummy is bloated.
