Budget friendly with okay food.

Appearance - 3.5 The restaurant looks like any other regular restaurant. Nothing fancy.

Serving - 3 Just like any ordinary restaurant. They do bring food with manageable delay. They do serve properly. But the feel I had was that they feel their work is done after first serving. They do not come to your place for serving the remaining dish. Another small note is that they should have been more energetic with smiles which would definitely make the customer's experience much better. I did not find that in them.

Food - 3 I ordered 2 dishes - chicken hong kong as starter and chicken singapore noodles. Firstly, about chicken hong kong - the quantity would cover for two persons as starter. The taste was good (but for some time only). After that, I felt that some of the pieces were hard which meant that some of those pieces were not fresh at all and I felt they just served frozen pieces. The other dish - chicken singapore noodles - the quantity was again sufficient for two persons. I enjoyed the taste, but felt that it was a bit dry. Also, the no of chicken pieces weren't much. That said, I did enjoy that taste.

Overall experience - 3 Though I liked the main course, I was disappointed with some pieces provided in the starter. But it was budget friendly. Both the items which were sufficient for two people coated less than 400/-. Note: did not try...

I am customer of Angara for last 1 year and always find their food great. The single star is for the Worst experience of online ordering when I ordered food online.The payment went through and when I called the restaurant asking about delay in delivering order, then only I was told that there is no one for delivering and my order is cancelled and my amount will be refunded online. As I already had party I ordered from Swiggy and food was delivered by Swiggy. My amount was not refunded by Angara till next 2 days and when I contacted the Angara, I was told that they will check their bank and return the amount.It took them 2 weeks and 5 personal trips for return of amount . They returned my payment as cash and deducted the tax amount stating it was on their records and they cannot return it. I lost around 300 rupees when their was no fault of mine. The worst customer service I have experienced in hyderabad. Will never use their online services.
