Got a variety of milk shakes. But the flavors are not up to the mark. I got 2 of rasmalai flavoured milk shake. It was tasting only of the Vanille, which they had added. When told about it, the person took both the bottles, poured into the same mixer, added some more rasmalai flavour, stirred & gave it back in our bottles. I was agast at the sight & process. Especially being a Doctor.I expected him to make it afresh or individually, atleast. Not combining two people's drink into one & process. Very bad hygiene. Unsafe environment. The front desk is unattended most of the time. A swiggy delivery fellow who was already there, picked up my milkshake as I reached the counter (no one was there to tell me it was mine), opened it, took a sniff of it, took a photo with it and kept it back. When the Keventers person finally came out and handed the same bottle to me, I refused to take it. Instead of reprimanding the Swiggy delivery fellow, he started telling me that I should not have a problem. I absolutely loved their Caramel Popcorn Milkshake although price is slightly on the higher side. Also the service definitely needs to improve. I had ordered two Big Caramel Popcorn shakes. Initially they served me the normal sized ones although I had paid for the large ones.
