Been here many times have been ignoring the mistakes all the while. I’m really disappointed with my experience at this cafeteria. The service was slow, and the food quality wasn’t great. I had to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich that was only half-burnt. Desserts were stale, There were no tissues available, and the staff was constantly trying to convince me. Seriously, no tissues? That’s just not cool. I’m so tired of this place. I’d rather go somewhere else in Yashoda Hospitals. It’s high time for a better cafe here. Staff are not courteous and straight...

I came to Yashoda hospitals for an appointment for my father. My mood was drowsy and came to Qaffeine to sip an Espresso. My mood got refreshed as soon as I took a sip of it. The brewing was very perfect. Nice service and good hospitality by the staff. There was no centralized AC on or may be because it was inside the Hospital. Providing a table fan would have made it more comfortable because it is peak summer and was very hot inside.
