I had ordered two Chicken Tikka Frankies from the outlet. However, my overall experience was highly disappointing due to several concerns: Overcharging Issue: The listed price of one Frankie is ₹99, but I was billed ₹142 each. An additional ₹43 was charged for cheese, despite only a minimal quantity being used. Moreover, the preparation involved ordinary cooking oil instead of a standard quality medium. Mandatory Cheese Addition: Upon requesting a Frankie without cheese, the staff refused and insisted that it would only be served with cheese. This unfair condition appeared to be enforced solely to collect the additional ₹43 from customers. Poor Taste & Preparation: The overall taste of the Frankie was unsatisfactory. The cooking was rushed, resulting in undercooked food. The onions were simply chopped and placed directly on the curry without proper preparation. Absence of Chicken in Filling: Despite ordering a Chicken Tikka Frankie, the filling mainly contained gravy with masala and onions. Shockingly, there wasn’t even a single piece of chicken in the preparation. Lack of Hygiene: At the counter, three staff members were handling food without wearing gloves. No hygiene or sanitation standards were followed. I have also captured and uploaded photos highlighting the unsanitary conditions and the pricing inconsistency on the menu board. Brand Reputation at Risk: Tibbs Frankie has a good reputation in the market, but franchising operations to such untrained and careless individuals is severely damaging the brand’s image and credibility. Violation of Customer Rights: This is a case of overcharging, poor service, unhygienic food handling, and serving of improperly cooked and incorrect food items. Such practices directly violate customer trust and satisfaction. Request for Action: I sincerely request immediate corrective measures. Despite multiple negative reviews and feedback from customers, no visible action has been taken so far. Timely intervention is necessary before the issue escalates further and causes lasting harm to the...
Read moreI tried Chicken Tikka Frankie here. It was the first time I tried Frankie which is nothing but fancy way of calling Kaathi roll. Let me give you a picture of this. A brushing of egg mixture on the roti(and not the complete eggs) with a quantity of chicken tikaa you would usually finish in two bites. Yes. I'm not exaggerating. They spread that masala mixture with 2-3 shreds of chicken on the small size roti and wrap it up. I also noticed the quantity of cheese when somebody ordered extra cheese for Rs 10, which I was shocked to see. The person just sprinkled grated cheese like a pinch, not even a slice. Yes, that is how it was. I don't know if this is how Frankie is prepared all over the India.
People! Come forward and call out such food outlets. We deserve better when we're paying a decent amount of money. Let's not become helpless and compelled to eat at...
